After Collecting The Primary target in Cayo perico Heist Many Players Are Getting Caught And Here's Why.
I remember when cayo stealth was straight forward and easy
theres also a weird glitch after u collect the primary, a new gaurd spawns and he can somehow see through walls like he got some typa spidey sense.
I think that’s what is happening to me

Happened to me today
I found another way to complete cayo perico, this way is old and doesn’t work for me. The other way that works is on TGGs channel somewhere
I just kill the juggernaut, but i still get caught. I think it's that npc with the big cone of vision that somehow sees you throught the wall when you're in the basement
That’s a glitch known as “the infinite cone glitch”

ITS LONG TO READ BUT STILL
Follow these steps if u doing it solo:
SNEAK UP AND DON'T RUN
GO FROM THE AREA JUST AFTER THE JUGGERNAUT CROSSES THE LONG STRAIGHT PATH, ONCE U ARE NEAR THE KEYPAD AREA,
LET THAT GUARD GO NEAR THE GATE AREA
SNEAK UP TO THE KEYPAD BY SNEAKING BEHIND THE GUARD WHO COMES DOWN
DO THE FINGERPRINT PART, THEN TAKE TEQUILA AND ANY OTHER STUFF,
FOLLOW THE SAME SNEAKING TOWARDS THE MAIN GATE OPEN IT
NOW THIS TIME U CAN SEE A GUARD NEAR THE BIKE GIVE HIM A HEADSHOT TAKE HIS BIKE AND RUN TOWARDS THE SEA
JUMP INTO THE SEA
MAKE SURE YOUR INFILTRATION WAS KOSATKA AS U MUST HAVE EQUIP THE DIVER SUIT

I haven’t killed any guard except the one guarding the office and I get caught from that glitch, a guard randomly spawns in the basement and see through the walls

I’m getting the bug almost everytime , it’s not even worth doing the heist any more because I lose the entire score to the jug shooting me

I must say that this information is spot on thank you so much for this I was hoping someone online had some information about this but the creator of this video exceeded my expectations I grind this Mission over and over again and couldn't figure out why that damn alarm kept going off and this clears it up thank you for all the work you put into showing us all this information in such an incredible concise manner that's easy to understand if you do this Heist a lot and know about these particular guards you will understand that this video is so valuable
i've been caught in the vault 12 times in a row. the guard keeps getting spotted trough the wall. i don't understand why rockstar can't fix these issues.

Fr it keeps happening to me I get a perfect run then it gets ruined by this stupid bug i might give up on even doing this heist until they fix their game instead of nerfing the hell out of the heist
My main problem is the reinforcements. I killed only one guard, and it was the one you said we could kill to not be seen by the juggernaut, and the reinforcements still find the body and alert everyone. I need to kill people for keycards.
After I get the primary target a dude comes into the basement with a cone the covers that whole basement I get spotted and die why?
The Bug at 3:57 happened to me literally every time. So I just killed him before he reached that little corner area
But dosent the heavy gunner see the dead body? Please help me i always Get caught

My Solution is everyone knows there’s a guard where Mr. Rubio‘s office is you do not kill any other guards and avoid them and just go to one walking down the stairs I did that and it did not alert anybody

the thing is that the weird bug at 3:57 happends to me all the time hes the only one i kill and i get caught but if i die and do the same thing again i dont get caught but the bug happended to me 3 or 4 times in a row its soo annoying
My recommendation is just deal with it and shoot your way out. If you not got your secondaries then obviously that's not an option so get them before
Yeah, what I do is kill the juggernaut with the assault shotgun, then I kill that guard before he reaches the corner area

What about after you leave? Cause every time I get passed the guards without getting caught I'd make my way to the docks only to get automatically compromised despite avoiding guards, towers or even El Rubio's helicopter

Sorry for late reply but it's not the heli, you are getting spotted bcoz u might have killed some guards which are in patrol guards path and they spot the bodies.
@@sarahnovak3766 heli can't see the dead bodies, it's the patrolling guards who spot the bodies.
I’ve had that bug happen 3 times in a row
I figured out that if i had drainage pipe as access to rubios place, but got caught going to airstrip for secondary, its finished after that. Means even if i restart i will always alarm guards even if i only kill one guard on the top of the office. Alarm comes on every time after i get primary. I am. Stuck at that now, even if i restart the finale, dont get caught, just killing one guard upstairs it doesnt matter. Alarm goes off every time after primary. I once experienced the same thing before, i waited 2 days and then went for the same procedure in finale, then it went smoothly again without alarm. I think cockstar made this thing to punish you for not directly entering drainage pipe, but roam around and get caught. From now on, ill just go for primary
They've changed it again. The first guard dropped in this video will now be seen by the extra guards when you steal the main.

This heist has gotten extremely frustrating for me. I was running it super easy before the salvage dlc but now it seems like if I kill anyone at the compound I get detected as soon as I get the primary. So the last attempt I didn’t kill anyone until I left the basement and it worked. This time. If it works every time I will be happy with it. I think I only have to run it like 30 more times to get the Jeep.
Have you concluded that killing no one prevents the alarm from raising after collecting the primary? I would love to know.

Then I've obviously been getting this bug for the past 5 times it's pissing me off 4:06 (the 4th time I didn't even kill him, or any guard for that matter and still got caught)

I've been trying to get my Cayo done on July when the new update came to GTA online and I couldn't get past it no matter what it is its annoying smh I'm doing everything smoothly and stuff just keeps happening like that it's really really annoying.
I always do the same path always kill the same guards but every now and then I get spotted after taking the primary target
PS: I always kill jug and I don’t kill any of the guards you mentioned

this hapens to me 90% of the time i do the heist, ant the only guards i kill are el rubios personal bodyguard(outsode of juggys path), so either im realy unlucky and get that glitch all the time, or its somthing else

I was so mad i litterly killed every guard and i still got caught bcs a guard diceded to spawn next to the safe. I dont know why they woud nerf cayo so hard its not like you dont have to grind for it

What happens if you kill the juggernaut but get the same thing happen?
If you shoot the guard that hops over the wall by north on the grass your fine but if you shoot him before he hops the wall or when hes by the arch after walking off the grassy are the alarm will go off
nvm I found a way to kill peeps and have reinforcements not detect a body and get out of the compound fast enough where the rest of the detections for bodies dont matter

Kill the juggernaut, but Not where the East/North storage is (right side the pool) kill east(left side pool) see the glitch guide it still works

There are two possibilities, first that you killed a guard where other guard spawns after collecting the primary target and he spotted the dead body of the guard that you killed. Second, there's a weird bug where once you collect the primary target you get caught no matter if you've done the heist correctly or not. (I'm guessing second one did you dirty).

After mercenaries update. I was stealing a boat from this guard that I killed and it didn’t show why or tell me why that I was caught and I was doing it in stealth and after picking up the primary I was caught again for no reason

He saying don't kill them, but if you have to for key/key card some can be killed during a curtian point within there path to not be spotted. Besides the ones he said don't kill no matter what because a new guard spawns along there same path after you steal main target
