  • Another slideshow video of Images of Camp Logan, the WW1 US Army training camp in the Houston, Texas area from July 1917 to March 1919.
    In my personal collection I have over 300 images that consists of postcards and actual photos taken at the camp area. I also have some actual items from the camp, Silver plated salt/pepper shakers and paperweight in the shape of a large bullet, 4 different silver plated souvenir spoons from the camp, one of the Quartermaster daily logbooks for expenses and incoming money, a yearbook from one of the companies with pictures and rank of all the soldiers in the company, and some hat pins and uniform buttons from one of the soldiers.
