I see emotion from Kendall... maybe not exactly in her face, but in her body language. That's why Jojo isn't good in contemporary--because she can fake "fierce" faces for jazz and hip hop, but when she gets on stage to do contemporary or lyrical, you just see a kid going through the steps (with bad technique), and not feeling it with her body. That's what people don't get about Kendall. Take some dance classes before you think that making a duck face or over-exaggerated smile is an emotion, because it most definitely isn't. I think that if Kendall switched to a good studio like the one Kalani and Brynn came from, she would be a phenomenal dancer, because she would be taught how to breathe properly to show more emotion and liveliness to her movement (notice how Kalani takes breaths and blows out air while she's dancing)

The issue is that she needs to express more on her face and in general. In this dance she did well, but in lots of dances it looks like she has something else on her mind. She needs to make it look like she's not thinking as much. Also, making faces that Jojo makes during hip hop is a good thing. In hip hop, you want to be overanimated. It engages the audience.

I don’t know how to describe it but Kendall has such an unusual shape, like her legs from the knee - shin - ankle all turn out in very unusual way. Plus she slouches which should have been corrected.
Everyone complaining how bad Kendall was in this dance? She's an amazing dancer, I bet half of you picking on her can't even dance. Dance is a very hard thing to leant and do, yes she may not be as good as kalani but kalani has had amazing training from her old dance studio. She's amazing because she wouldn't be famous for dancing if she wasn't! Yes I know she's famous because of dance moms but remember they learn these routines in a week!

Laura BLair she ain't terrible compared to Maddie and her mom hasn't said she's the next maddie she has said she would like her to be the next maddie. I'm a dancer myself and I hate peoples hating on the girls because I know how hard it is to learn and perfect a dance especially in a week

I feel like everyone just hates Kendall because of her mom ( Jill ). Sure Kendall is not as good as all the other girls but I bet she's a better dancer then all of you. Don't be mean and disrespectful to Kendall because of her moms actions. She's a good dancer, she just needs to work on her emotion and a little bit of technique but other than that she's a great dancer. She's not better than Brynn or Maddie or any of that other girls but she's good enough to be on the team and she's good enough to be better than all of you including me to.

Omg when me and my friend were so inspired by Kendall and kalani we decided that I was gonna be Kendall and she could be kalani and then we made a duet called disconnected and we were looking through all their duets together and out of total coincidence we saw that there duet was disconnected and we were so surprised

I thought this duet had bad choreography. The rope looked uncomfortable and they should have done more leaps and turns. That would've helped the dance in my opinion. overall it was an OK duet.😋
