Awesome tutorial. Worked like a charm. Tip for me was the way that I turned the bulb, I'd try to remember that's the way it had to come back in. Tip for someone that's uncoordinated like myself
Great tutorial - a tip for anyone else that missed it, to pull the bulb out of it's fitting you press down on the long brown lever type thing (as shown at 01:18), not the black notch, like I was trying for 5 minutes!
Great video, saved me a fitting charge! It would be nice to see a video for the drivers side bulb as well, had to figure that out myself. Basically, the filling tube for the windscreen wash is attached to the car by a black push fitting, push this from underneath and it will pop out. Then rotate the ww tube to the left and it will disconnect from the main ww tank, then you can pull the tube out of the way, and carry on as in this video. Cheers
Thank you so much! I've been looking for the right bulb for my toyota for a long time now and all search engines tell me it's a H4, but those don't work at all. It's been quite confusing and really not straight forward to find the right bulb for my Yaris. So thank you!
Thanks. I used LED replacements which had leads out the back, they worked fine, but you must connect them the correct way. + To + and -to -. Also my window washer was in the way so had to remove the spout. easy enough.
Thanks for sharing. You need to detach the wiper fluid container for to get to the light on the other side, I couldn't get my hand in for a good enough grip and am really struggling, it's so much harder, have you got any tips?
Bro can you help me to know. what type of bulbs use Toyota Auris 2015, headlights and fog lights?. Please because its getting a mess to find out what of these bubs fit it. Thank you
Hello friends, I'm here in a carpark trying to switch out my head blub however, I cannot disconnect the old blub from its brown plastic case.. I am trying to press on it, as someone suggested.. no joy... its a 2013 auris... any help or other tips? Thanks
Salaam Brother Taj, you doing great job bro, would you please advice how to change fog light bulb on togota auris 2014, also doest foglight also take hir2 bulb.Regards Nav
Frontfog light is different to headlight and I think it takes H16 lights. There was two screws under the bumper of my 2016 Toyota Auris which I had to remove to acces the front fog light.
Hi, that's really useful instruction. However, I have a problem with the small light next to the headlight, which may be called front parking light or front marker light, not sure. Can you please tell me how to take it out or someone else had a relevant video, please help me!! Thank you !!
@@TajMotorMedics thank you! It's quite difficult to find OEM parts for the car as it seems the tr version is quite unique... I wish there was a site that could list all the bits and bobs for your specific car... Euro car parts only does the main ones
Salaam bro if it has HiR2 bulbs fitted for the main dipped beam then unfortunately you won’t be able to fit the h11 because the connection is different.

Great 😊
@@TajMotorMedics Thanks showing us this. But I was surprised it is not made by Philips. It last much longer about 80k miles or 2000 hours.

Straight to the point and clear, even managed to show the lock even though the angle is difficult to get, thanks for that :)

Simple, straight to the point. Only criticism ditch the intro (or it's music).

Great video just changed my headlight bulbs no problems thanks to you 🙏🏽 so keep up the great work 👍🏽
Thanks for the video, and how will you change the left headlight bulb in this car? There is no much room...
Yeah, on the other side it's a bit different, I had to find another video to help me with that.
You have to remove the water tank top. It is detachable from the deposit. The nozzle comes out and then you'll have you more room

came that far myself - was actually looking for how you take off the windshield washer fluid thingy to get to the other lightbulb.
Easy, just first lift the black bin out (upward) and then you can pull the container up.
Make my life easy tomorrow when I change out my bulb good video, 😊📹
Hi, thanks for video.
Any tips or video on how to replace the entire headlight unit?
standard bulbs are halogen ? thank you for tutorial !
Bedankt

I can't even see acesss so I assume the whole assembly needs replacing at a Toyota dealership scummy I know.
Any idea where i can find the plastic cover? Mine doesn’t seem to have one.
Salaam bro! You can find the cover on eBay or call Toyota directly.
Thank you boys!
great illustrations:-)
Thanks amazing video very clear
Glad you liked it
Is the 09 tr similar to this method?
Hi I think the bulb is different possibly h11 and I’m sure it be easier then this year model as the new cars are becoming more difficult to work on.

Try autobulbsdirect they may have what you want or eBay
@@TajMotorMedics thank you very much!
Good Man keep it going
Thank you!
How is the fog light done on this how do you remove the black plastic triming off to gane access
Ypu gain access by removing the plastic underneath it the black plastic does not come off unless you force it which damages the front bumper.
@@gravemind6536 thank you I got the job done very easy access once you remove a section of the wheel arch cover 👍
thanks a lot - it works - great video!!!!
Can you put h11 bulbs instead
Salaam bro if it has HiR2 bulbs fitted for the main dipped beam then unfortunately you won’t be able to fit the h11 because the connection is different.
So it’s a H4 fitment?
No it’s hir2 bulb.
Thanks
Thank you sir
Welcome
thank you :)
Hiw much was this bulb for you I just replaced mine and it cost me €20 and that was the cheapest i could find i feel ripped off man
Hi Taj will it be the same bulb for an 2008 Toyota Auris?
Salaam brother I think it’s H11
Note that this is only doable if you don't have large hands.
True
Whar is it for a bulb ? a H ??
Its easy if you have small hands otherwise doing this result in you using layers of skin from your knuckles.
Top geezer
Park light in same
The other side is more complicated....
This is the most disgusting bulb fit to replace
