This brings back memories! Rob Zombie is one of the scariest dudes I've ever seen! I ran into him (literally) at a club, on my way back from the bathroom. Scared the shit out of me. He's like 7 feet tall and back then (I don't know about now) was super skinny. That along with the dread locks and some bizarre outfit he was wearing, was what nightmares are made of. OK, maybe I'd had a few drinks at the time too.
He's my height (178 cm) which is only tall if you are a chick and average if you are a dude. Anyway, you must be really short to mistake him to be THAT tall. :P
I remember watching Beavis and Butthead as a young teenager in the 90's and this came on. I didn't know who White Zombie was at that moment but I knew I needed more of it in my life! Been rocking to Zombie ever since.
Same. Was my first "big boy" concert after only having seen AC/DC with my dad a few years prior as my first ever show. I finally hit the threshold of bands my Dad was willing attend with me, so gathered up some friends. Unforgettable show

3:22 - That's me. Was good friends with Sean Yseult the bass player. She is from Raleigh, NC like me. Met her at CupAJoe coffee house, our favorite hangout for the best joe there. I was going to LA with my boyfriend Woody Weatherman who is also from Raleigh, NC. He was the guitarist for COC (Corrosion of Conformity). They were up for a Grammy in the heavy metal category. They didn't win but I didn't care. Just happy for the free ride to LA that year. So much fun. I gave some input of ideas for White Zombie video, like my costume. I sweated like hell the whole time cause we had to do retake over and over and I had to go to the bathroom all the time because of the drinking the whole time and there were no bathrooms out there. Mr. Zombie was a real assh_le, Sean was a blessing to have around and I never figured out where Woody was. I guess practicing guitar, right? Wrong. Lots of memories. Lots of fun. Love you all. Thanks. For the memories.
Timeless song, listened to it in the early 90's with pals and gals partying, now near 2020 and it's still like a new song, much of their stuff is still very viable. You don't feel like you're listening to oldies.
@RA!N, I don’t know, 90’s music was pretty awful especially after ‘94. Rap and boy bands started to dominate after that. But Thrash, Death and Black Metal were outstanding from 1980 to about 1994.

White Zombie is a true gift. They produced so many damn good songs, and stopped before it got redundant. I wish I could’ve been born into THAT generation instead of this generation.
I misinterpreted this comment at first as in you were 81 years of age not born in 81. But as u read I began to realize that if you were 81 years old that you weren't being raised on this 🤣🤣🤣
I quote that line all the time to my wife. Because she’ll start a project without thinking it through. “She never tries anything. She just does it” lol And I love her for it
One of the best grooves of all time! You can’t stay still as soon as you hear that guitar, and I’m a drummer, but I always love playing this song ever since it came out and I wasn’t even 20 yet!

OK, maybe I'd had a few drinks at the time too.
he's only like 5'9
i talked to him in cols ohio i set up their gear at the newport music hall he is soft spoken and quiet.....its the quiet ones you gotta watch tho..lol
hes cool as hell not that tall at all
yea
He's my height (178 cm) which is only tall if you are a chick and average if you are a dude. Anyway, you must be really short to mistake him to be THAT tall. :P

@RA!N, I don’t know, 90’s music was pretty awful especially after ‘94. Rap and boy bands started to dominate after that. But Thrash, Death and Black Metal were outstanding from 1980 to about 1994.
