- In Part 15 of the Nioh 100% Walkthrough we complete the Sub Mission “Invitation from the Warrior of the West” in the Kyushu region. We have to defeat Tachibana Muneshige in a duel in order to complete the mission.

Using lifeseal here is critical.. it essentially stops his ki regen. Use water talisman as he's weak to water. Hesdshot him out of the gate to get an easy grapple. I dont really use dual swords, but found them most useful to chipping his ki away quickly as he's blocking. Lastly, dodge towards him, this will put you behind him for a quick hit or two. Stay close so that you can take advantage if his ki goes down. Use the rock to heal or debuff if needed.
Nice, I find this boss battle, like most of the previous ones incredibly difficult.
After one hole night. Finally! I defeated him in the next morning. I spend all my items until there were only 7 elixirs left. Nearly drop this game. Unbelievable boss! Thank you for sharing videos.
If anyone’s seeing this in 2023 this guy is a dance. Don’t trade, you’ll lose. Watch him, dance, learn the attacks there’s only 3 or 3. Let him attack dodge behind him and do one/two hits and back off. Let him do his moves which are highly telegraphed and dodge behind him hit twice back away wait for next attack dodge hit back off
The fact that you beat him in the first try has me gathering my jaw off the floor. I remember trying to fight him; it took 12 hours, plenty of rage, and a broken monitor for me to beat him.

I died like 5 to 6 times, so I decided let's lure him to that rock back in the corner.. and you know what I killed him just using my ai quick draw... and bombs, didn't even use my spirit weapon...just went in circles around the rock and ai quick draw at the corner of the rock...
Your guides are legit the best but I always feel like absolute shit when you say "k this guy is hard" and then you do it first try man and I'm here on hour 2 of trying to kill this clown, like damn I forgot I was watching the personification of a gamer at work for a hot second 😳
This took me sooooo many tries. O was hard stuck, no spirit stones. I ended up using high stance and holding the rock on the right side so he couldn't use his electric puppy or quick slash.
Guys i heavily recommed using a spear against him. Just hit and run with the spear (always keep your Ki high ) and dodge him constantly. To dodge his running attack just roll on the sides and do this mission immediatly because it gives powerful armors. Gg.
You could have checked the movie for the Guardian Spirit Talisman and realize that it is not the same thing as the Moment Talisman.
I just checked it out and what is the difference? It looks slightly different but not really.
It’s too bad you can only summon a visitor at a shrine in the level. Really wish this level had one. Feel like it’s unfair that it doesn’t.

You know that you can change stats on items? If you like an item and this item has something that you dont like, then you can just reforge stat on that item. Pls look that link i linked you with tipes on the game. Its usefull
Yeah, I changed a stat on one of my items on like the third or fourth video :)
Damn I am severely under levelled for this fight. Even at level 53.
Even though this is mission level 27. And I am at level 50, I am still scared shitless lol
His stupid quick draw that he waits to use until he is right on top of you & you can't run from but if you block it saps all your ki & he just death blows you is pure b.s.

I think he took mercy on this guy,,,for me this dude keeps spamming his pets on my ass ,,hindering my movement and finishes me .but I shaved his ass after few tries.
i really friggin hope that nioh2 give me the abillity to change difficulty lvl to easy since i never to be challenged

This is definitely the second most bullshit fight in the game hahahahaha I accept I’m not good enough to beat him at this time.... will come back later on when I’m OP af and wipe the floor with his ass

I call Bullshit, I don't care what the level of this mission is, this is way too soon for this fight, this has to be the biggest difficulty curve ever. RUclipsr luck is real.
I know this is years old and you have already beat this game a few times on the channel, but seeing you refuse to use the blacksmith at all is infuriating. You're so good at the game but fail to use the menus, skills, or items, and it makes me incredibly irritated. Other than that though the series is definitely fun to watch because like I said you're actually good at the game.
you don't even need to touch the blacksmith on way of the samurai lol
