Thanks, man. With your help, I beat this boss on the first try, along with the Kekkai Talisman and the Resistance Talisman, (something I cooked up for Hino-Enma as well). Great thing about YT, your videos can help people 2 years later.
Kato deals a good amount of damage but it is easily outclassed by other Spirits, especially ones that have longer Livign Weapon Timers naturally. Kato makes you think it's good but it's fairly average.

I am guessing you already know this, since I am kind of late to the party lol. But when I jumped off ledges, I pushed the roll/ dodge button, and I didn’t take any damage.
They really make it extra hard. By not having a lot of shrines to save at. You have to travel soooo far, to get to this boss. And I always need max elixers for bosses. But I don’t want to kill every enemy, because I am going to die before I get to the boss.
Hey man have you tried to use your spear more often? I barely see anyone using it are they bad by default? I love spears and usually use them in Dark Souls games but in Nioh so far I always see people using either axes or cheaping enemies with the kusarigama...
It seems like a super effective weapon, I just really like the sword so far so I haven't used the spear much. Only reason I ever pull out the spear is if I want those sweeping attacks to hit multiple enemies.
it feels like that combo is enemy specific (so it goes up with with every successive hit on an enemy) but resets when you change stance or start fighting another enemy at least thats how it looks from the video
If you destroy the poison rocks while the poison is vented out then it won't come back. There's one section where that doesn't work for some reason though.

Merry Christmas! That's all one playthrough with the DLC. NG+ and NG++ are on separate playlists.

All the weapons are viable, during the walkthrough I make a build for each weapon and use it.

I don't see how u think the dragon last a shorter time if anything it looked like it last longer

How can I use the talismans? Such as sloth talisman .
Good guide, but its very slow paced. Do you really have to take down every revenant and read everything lol.

Why doesn't the fog come back? when I play that level, it comes back after a while.

if you get the great centipede rapped around the pillar in the middle of the catwalk it can be pretty easy to beat by hitting its sides
