The "Most Haunted" team spends the first of two nights in Weald and Downland, an open-air museum in Sussex that is comprised of almost 50 old buildings from all over the country, some dating back to the 1300's.

I also enjoyed my time at Weald and Downland as a voulenteer this year, The place is beautiful during the day I'm the summer or spring.
I also have a fair understanding of the buildings at the museum.

My family knew one of the carpenters that painstakingly took down, relocated and rebuilt these amazing historical buildings. I often used to play round the museum before it opened when there was only part-built buildings. I’ve visited every year since it officially opened. The kids activity days are fantastic. Well worth a visit if you get the chance.

This would have to be one of the best shows I watch a lot of American channels on ghost hunting and you can never really hear what the allege to hear, this show however the response are incredible compared. Loving this from NSW Australia.......Best thing to watch during isolation

I lived in the museum for 5 years with my patents and siblings because my dad is the site manager, and I now work there, I've been involved with the museum my whole life and have never seen or heard anything remotely close to "ghostly activity". Certainly not the sort of stuff they're talking about. And I've never met anyone who had either. Even the members of staff that have been there 20 odd years. Plus, when their security guy saw someone on the stairs by walderton, that wasn't a ghost, it was my dad going around locking up the buildings behind them. He walked down the stairs to go lock the door, realised they were still there and walked back.
Of course, a certain kind of person won't want to believe you. I myself DO believe in a connection to "The Other Side", but I also believe that there is a RATIONAL explanation for MOST of what goes on. I believe in "group hysterics". People can panic over the slightest thing, and it's worse in a group.
@@SandraNelson063 its not that I don't believe, I'm open minded towards the paranormal. I just don't like it when shows use false evidence, be it intentionally or unintentionally and then get people to believe it. And then I was also sharing my personal experiences of the site and the fact that I've never met anyone working there that claims to have had an encounter like the show says many members of staff have. That is what I am against, not the idea of the paranormal. I fully accept that it could exist, and that I might be wrong about there being nothing there. I just wanted to set some things straight that the show may have accidentally misinterpreted and to share my personal experience of the site. I'm sorry if I caused any offence, that was not in any way my intention.

This was the first episode of what would be the very last series they would make for Living TV. In a way, this series marked the end of classic and proper Most Haunted. When they had a lot of money poured into the show by a channel. After this series ended in the summer of 2010, they would be off air for four years, before returning in 2014 with the bargain basement version of Most Haunted.
Les is an incredibly clever historian. The fact that she is here with this team, makes me have even more respect for her. Shame I would've freaked out 20 times more! 😁

At min. 11:43 there´s a white shadow or mist running fast behind Karl and it´s going to the right side.
Never a good idea to provoke demons if you don't have the power and authority to rebuke or command them. It just causes problems for the people who have to deal with them later.
I love that village as a child I always came back to see my friend Emily (a spirit) always wanted to go back it be great to live there back to basics and simpler life with my animals. Loved the unique and historical buildings amazing place worth a visit
No way that's creepy I lived not far from there so use to visit frequently absolutely love the place so full of interesting buildings and history similar places is living museums in Black country plus another few there's even workhouse made into museum to give people insight of life as inmate back to Wheald muesum I went either in general or with group from school or church I also met ghost child with no shoes and in ripped dirty rags she told me her name was Emily she was very very hungry and thirsty she was with her siblings Lucy, Edward and another one can't remember name this is what likely killed them starvation and malnatrition or where exactly they resided. Here in Edinburgh Dungeons there is ghostly small children seen again no shoes and in ripped dirty rags but these ones were looking for their parents.
As for this programme curiosity made me watch it never been huge fan of their behaving, attention seeking play acting fake acting as for the screaming like Banshees there's no need for it only person allowed to scream like that is the genuine real Banshee herself if you hear and see her that's it lights out as she's not allowed to go back with empty coach she's much more formidable and very very scary lady the Grim Reaper or coming of death spirit let's her know whose nearing end goes to collect that person not before letting out blood curdling screeching sound
@@lozzii1917 The other one is George and yes being Irish myself I know Banshee stories and seen her as a little girl before the murder of my family not happy time. Properly why I can link into the spiritual world I sat and listened I not screamed not once. I learn and study from them and understand what they went through and hopefully show them there is a better place. But I know there is darker forces which I avoid a ring of protection. I seen a little boy and Emily in the school room at the museum which I followed them into a house with a pretty garden next thing I knew I was grabbed by a visitor before I fell out the window do not remember that bit only the garden. The visitor handed me to my uncle said nothing and walked away an old lady in 18th century costume I remember. The place still interest me today still. Yes on the houses did came from the black country so maybe a connection.

How about visiting the areas where the buildings came from, see if there is anything still there.

I have lived in a house with a ghost. I have been yelled at and touched and I never screamed or jumped around. I am more like the other lady that said "back off". I have said stop touching me, and don't do that, when yelled at. They feed off fear, the more fearful you are the stronger they become. You can stand up to them without antagonizing them.

1:11 I think it's just some music produced for the show, i'll try to find out and leave an edit if I do. EDIT: Most Haunted's music was originally composed to picture by Alan Clark, using his own original sounds and samples and including some from the Spectrasonics sample libraries Distorted Reality, Metamorphosis and Biazzare Guitar. As of series 12, Clark's music has been supplemented with additional stock music which was also used on the now defunct Unexplained Channel programme, Rest in Peace. Living TV also released a CD featuring Clark's music remixed and original material written and produced by composer and producer Steve Deakin-Davies (The Official Most Haunted soundtrack Vol 1 The Ambition Company/Solo MH104)[5] from the Most Haunted Wikipedia entry
i give up.. on this show if you. DO NOT GET rid of the screaming make up artist. leave her behind keep her to only make up who can. Focus watch or listen if all you heat is screaming and shrieking i cant take it i love this channel but im over it

What annoys me is that they never look for a cause they just assume it’s ghosts and goblins all the time.
We all hate the screaming. How undignified and unfeminine. I appreciate that people are scared but it's not nice for the audience. The screaming and Derrick Accora were the reasons I stopped watching the show.
