RJ, you got it all wrong. Wells Fargo doesn't pay 3% for rent. Neither does Bilt. There is no 3% credit card processing fee to pay. It doesn't exist. They pay rent via paper check in the mail or via bank-to-bank ACH. The rent is never run through the Mastercard network. Bilt just pencils the rent charge into the credit card ledger kind of like a fee. The same way a bank would pencil in a late fee. So this never has interchange or swipe fees. The "3% savings" is "imaginary savings" on what you COULD HAVE had to pay if you ran it through the credit card network with a different card. It would be like if I sell you a car, and I tell you that you COULD have worn out your shoes if you had ot walk instead of driving the car I sold you. (But no, you didn't get a free pair of shoes from me).
Paper check probably costs more than the ACH transfers with the printing and shipping costs. ACH is probably pennies per transactions with the volume they have.
@@newagain9964 so, an ACH is a few pennies, and it's automated (that's what the A in ACH stands for) to avoid employee labor. You say 1-2%. So 1-2% of a rent payment over $5,000/month, like mine, is over $100. Your $100 guess is way off from the actual less than 1 cent cost (big banks, like Wells Fargo charge themselves $0.00, since they invent ACH fees, themselves). But I get it, you want to assert your imaginary numbers to give yourself an achievement. The correct answer, for a big bank like Wells Fargo, is $0.00. Unless it's a paper check, then it's less than $1, including postage. Now, if you are claiming that "less than $1" equals 1-2% of people's rent, you are claiming the average rent of a residential property must be below $100.
Super informative content, as usual. I'm pleased that you've returned to the offset camera angle with the monitors on the side rather than directly behind you. It's the right choice. And you've improved the lighting which was a bit harsh. Downlighting is flattering to no one.
Thank you sir. Those first few vids I had to get them out so we went with it. I now have one those dome lights you see all the YT people have. Not fancy but it fits the show
We could, it's just blocked by the issuers and networks. I don't know that they really care, more so we have to do something to give the illusion of responsibility
@@RJFinancialmy research says they don’t. I have considered such in past, but more valuable cards to be had. And now..BILT is heading towards mediocre very soon.
Still plenty of card options to cash in on - www.profitablecontent.com

True. No swipe fee. But still processing costs bank is eating.
@@newagain9964 how much do you think "processing costs" are?
@@featherpony not including labor..my guess would be around 1-2% of volume.

Yeah. And no jar jar binks in this version!
Thanks for the info + video!
You can’t pay debt with debt. Rent isn’t a debt payment. People with move it around credit card to credit card for years until they couldn’t.
