For my interiors, I use felt and glue it in. It gives the illusion of carpet, and you can get in in any color on Amazon. I also use it for a head liner. You can piece it in and the seams will hide themselves.
@@AMPROEngineering pink is cool. i just like deep primary colors a little more. your paint looks awesome. i loved the crawler build vids, and that paint is bad ass. this van just glows with the softer greens👍
Alberto, I believe you've outdone yourself!! 👍👍 I can't imagine what all that COSTS..... But at the same time, I really want to do one! 😳😋 It's just so cool. 🍻😎👌 I've had your front and rear Suspension sitting around for almost a year, waiting for a Grasshopper - so I can do Superfly!!! I guess I can start collecting bits for this! Hope your2022 is awesome!!!! 🍻🎉🎊😎😊🎉🎊🍻
thank you carmine. It wasnt that bad as I bought all the parts little by little and made cheap FDM test prints. Wow I cant wait to see another superfly! thank you and I hope yours is great too!
I hope you had/have a good new year. Also it's good to know I'm not the only one who geeks out over detailing a kit when it comes together as planned! 😉 It looks fantastic by the way.
@@AMPROEngineering thanks I think it turned out pretty good. I've worked on 5 kits so far. I'm most proud of a king kong CA30 6x6. It was my first attempt at weathering. I put in a servo kit for the steering wheel, a sound kit and custom built a canvas cover for the cargo bed. It took me almost 4 months to complete.
Have you done anything for your king Blackfoot truckPlease let me know thank you for this video I can't wait for you to do something for the king black foot truck truck hope you had a good Christmas and New Year's by now
@@AMPROEngineering Please get in touch with me when you have all the parts together for the super black foot and the king Blackfoot and I will make a package by thank you very much
Have You Posted Any videos of you running either of your Tamiya Lunchbox Scale Dodge Van Builds? (Panel Van or Window Van) I'd Love to see how they Perform on Road Grass & Gravel/Dirt. Thanks for Making All these Parts! I will be ordering Grille & Bumpers for My Lunchbox Project. But I am a Novice when it comes to Building Model Kits AND R.C. Cars. I will Try to Use a Stock WPL D12 Chassis & then Modify it to fit the Lunchbox Body. Again, if you could Post a Video of you Gently Street Bashing these I would love to see it. #VanFan
Yes actually. I have a couple clips on episode 206. It runs like a champ. Dirt is fine, gravel is not. These are tiny cars which no one believes until they see them. The van looks so big when on the CW01 and so tiny when its on a scale chassis. I will make a video showing more though. I really need to
@ Ampro ….have you ever heard of a Presto Aero Rocky RC buggy ? I can’t find out much about Presto RC cars . I don’t remember them but they were out in the 80s
I was trying to find the window frames and the interior for the lunchbox body. I’ve looked in Shapeways and my mini factory and I’m not finding anything. Thanks.
They will be there soon. These are big prints and either cost a lot on Shapeways or come out all crooked on a resin printer. Should have it sorted soon!
I hope this was set to auto release, cause it's like 12:30am new years in San Francisco. Shouldn't you be partying or passed out by now? Hope you had a great holiday.
I have a question regarding shapeways... Do you guys print Tyco Wild Thing bumpers? Those things broke all the time. Really hard to find one not broken. Thanks
you really put lots of energy into this littlve van. Tamiya should pay you for this awesome piece of art.
Yeah, looking back i didnt know how much time it would take but it was worth it!
That laugh when you laid eyes on it for the first time together was great. Epic build.
LOL! yeah that was the Dr. Frankenstein laugh when his monster came to life.
Glad you recorded your laugh when the final result comes out, anyone who ever built a model can definitely understand that feeling of satisfaction~
Ain't that the truth!
That looks amazing!! 👍😎
RC has come a long way since my first rc dune buggy way back in 1975-ish.
Very true!
Great build, needs some beach toys and picnic baskets in the back
For sure! I have lots of figures to pack in there along with lots of "crap" in the back!
I’ve got a brand new lunchbox body that’s just been sitting 10+ years. I need this.
Glad to hear it! Ill have the links up soon.
Sweetest Lunchbox I've seen
Thanks!!!

I used to use that but I find it hard to clean. All my designs are intended to be thrown under the tap. Felt looks much better though
i am normally totally opposed to your color choices lol, but the green theme is killer on this truck👍👍👍
Yeah I do like a lot of Pink....

Awesome it reminds me of the Griswalds station waggon in lampoon's vacation when they go to wally World 👌👌👌
Haha! Yeah I can see that.
OK, that is redonkulously cool! Great stuff and I cannot wait to see it fully completed!
Thank you so much! It is close....
Absolute triumph! Probably my favorite build of yours so far
Well thanks! it was a big one...
Such awesome work and the results are astonishing. That slammed look i saw there for a second was soo cool 😎
Haha! Yeah i wanted this lower but man...there is a lot of stuff in that chassis already...
@@AMPROEngineering i feel you. You did an amazing job
That Ritmo, man, that Ritmo.

Gorgeous van, the green scheme is perfect 🥰
Thank you! I knew it needed to be green!

My favorite color is Emerald Green metallic, I need to built an RC soon

I’m glad I’m not the only one who forgets some of his own design features, when the design is done!
Happy New Year!
LOL! Happens all too often.
Beautiful interior!!! That came out stunning!
Kinda wondering about a Vanning interior with a bed and some other stuff

Thank you!
That is awesome!! Do you sell the full interior on your site?
I usually do. I pulled it a couple weeks ago for a modification. It will be back on MyMiniFactory soon. There is a link in the description.
@ Ampro ….have you ever heard of a Presto Aero Rocky RC buggy ? I can’t find out much about Presto RC cars . I don’t remember them but they were out in the 80s
Oh man unfortunately not. I have not heard of that before either.
I think it’s a rip off rc 😂

How did you get away with not putting fur shag in there😁🤘?
Haha! Way to hard to clean
Hey Bud. Do you leave the Antennas on all your vintage stuff even if it has 2.4 Reciever to keep them more period correct?
Na i dont. I never liked them when I needed them so now I just pull them totally. I dont even run the little antenna from the 2.4 receivers.

LOL! yeah it was! I was up but the fam was all in bed...while i was playing Blaster Master on the NES. yeah....im a party animal.
I have a question regarding shapeways...
Do you guys print Tyco Wild Thing bumpers? Those things broke all the time. Really hard to find one not broken. Thanks
I have the ones for the Bandit but not the wild thing. I do not have one to copy to make a new one.
@@AMPROEngineering Ok. Thanks for the response. Gotta find me a broken Taiyo turbo hopper. Those are very common and have the same bumper.
Hi any idea where I can find a dash. Trying to do this project as well
Yes, I will have it on shapeways and myminifactory soon. I am updating the interior at the moment.
It’s missing the doghouse all those old vans had in order to cover the engine brah 🤔
Nope its there. It is what I have the cup holders in.
@@AMPROEngineering
cup holders brah
Why do you always post your videos at 3 in the morning
LOL! I do the automated posts.
you can upload the interior files to myminifactory the stl file? or contact me for private
I am working on that soon!
