It hasn't even been a year since he became a Cardinal, he has much to learn still heading the Archdiocese of Manila. I would like to believe that the members of the conclave DO NOT want to burden this young Cardinal way too early, too soon by electing him to the Papacy. He might be appointed amongst Pope Francis' inner circle & lead the missions for the youth

Definitely an opportunity for you to use your talent to improve that situation. Problems such as the one you describe are almost always opportunity of some form. Often, the situation is misunderstood because we tend to look at things through our cultural gestalt. We often label kids "orphans" without understanding their actual status or number. Also: please stop defaming the Catholic Church. It is the only Church with a structure you can attack so...you do.
