American sitcom (situation comedy) originally broadcast for nine seasons on CBS from 1962 to 1971. The series is about a poor backwoods family transplanted to Beverly Hills, California, after striking oil on their land. This video is the 1st (first) episode.
A rural Ozark family relocates to Beverly Hills after oil is discovered on their property worth $25 million. After finding oil on the land, the family is surprised when Mr. Brewster of the OK Oil Company offers to buy it. (The family home is set in the Branson, Missouri area.) After much coaxing by Cousin Pearl, Jed sells the swamp and moves the family to a mansion in Beverly Hills. Upon their arrival, they are arrested because of a case of mistaken identity but are later returned to the mansion safely.
Turner Classic Movies host, Robert Osborne appeared in the pilot episode, as Jeffrey Taylor.

Rusty given the age of the home and possibly the age of the heat and ac I’d recommend having a tech come out and check out your system and deal with that filter set up. You want to stay away from resistance electric space heaters. They gulp electricity. If you find that your home has an old electric furnace, resistance heating and not a heat pump, I’d replace the whole system. You’ve got good options nowadays like with the split systems. My heat pump went out two winters living north of Fort Worth. I used electric space heaters and my electric bill almost tripled. Good luck.
