All newer B550 boards are pretty good these days. But if you’re talking about Aorus Elite, that’s definitely on the higher end of B550 boards. Go for it !
Of course. If your motherboard has 2 more slots left then yes (make sure all ram sticks are same brand & spec) otherwise it may run at different speeds, it could cause instability in a worse case scenario

The Ryzen 3 3200g cannot go above 2933mhz for the ram. It’s not a motherboard issue, it’s just the fact that that’s a super low end cpu.
