I seem to do that instinctively, too, but I've seen too many videos where people shoot through hazardous situations and are talking away, not concentrating on the dangers around them.
I always tend to shut up automatically when things become too hard to process. The prioritized program gets pushed forward. And that prioritized program is driving and everything associated with it.
Firstly, thanks for the sub! You're possibly right, but you don't need to overdo it if you use your mirrors correctly. The right check was to make sure I had nothing to contend with if the car started pulling out. I looked down the side turn to see what else might have been a factor. After the junction, I checked my left mirror to confirm the location of the car. At that point, I was satisfied with the situation around and behind me and felt that another check was unnecessary.
But a crash gets more views! Jks, good advise. This is why I don't recommend starting vlogging as soon as you get your bike as it takes a bit of skill to do both safely at the same time.
very true man, very true.

Much appreciated thanks!
Awesome, thanks! Subbed to you, too (I like your style).
I can testify to this.
Thanks all for the positive feedback. Will be trying to do plenty more of this sort of thing...
Crashing is certainly frowned upon, yes. :-D
