Gas golf carts have a 250 mile range. I use it all the time and fill up once every 3-4 weeks.

Thanks for the information. I am looking forward to golfing in retirement. My wife and I will be looking for a used home around the Brownwood area in a few years. Maybe the southern area will be more built up by then with shopping and grocery stores. Who knows, right? The bond doesn't bother me. Nothing is free. I would rather have a smaller bond though if possible.

@@davidquigney2956 You will love it here! The Villages grew south so the further south you buy the larger the bond. North of hwy 466 the bonds are paid off. If I can help in anyway feel free to o reach out.

@@davidquigney2956 the southern section will develop more commercial property but it won't happen as quickly as they hope. Brownwood has been there 12 yrs and it's just recently getting commercial property being built. The Home Depot is brand new in Wildwood. No matter where you end up The Villages is a great place to live!
