Yes, this has changed. Now, you need to click on Manage, then click on "Page setup" (left menu). And then there is a list of options, including the Advanced Messaging option. Does that work for you?

OK so but what happens if your Facebook account will not let you log into one of your other Instagram accounts only your main person one and you only have a single login for Instagram so it continues over and over to go to the wrong Instagram account that you want to connect? Yes, you don't have all the rights of the Instagram account. Ask the person that created the account and ask if that person can give all the rights of the Meta Business to you.

Have you tried doing this in incognito window? Or after deleting cookies? That can sometimes help
