Newtown had the acknowledged other fastest player in the comp on the wing, Steve Wright, I think it was, and he couldn't crack it for recognition. Newtown won only their first and last matches of the season as categorical wooden spooners.

He literally made the 53 man roster, played 4 pre season matches and 8 regular season matches. Clearly made it as a professional in the sport. His incarceration career will last longer 🤷🏼♂️

Brad thorn look him up might learn something he has done almost everything in 2 different codes, respect the ones who actually made a difference when they switched codes and lived up to being a pro week in and week out ! Jeff Fenech tried League with Parramatta.
He was a second rower, but was a bit small and ended up playing a few reserve grade games only.
