Hana Beshie’s name is from a popular appliance brand HANABISHI, which is a common prize for noontime variety shows/ gameshow winners in the Philippines, like Eat Bulaga which Mama Pao is also a host of.
The “with Birth certificate, with TOR” is a joke bc when winners win house appliances, the host just adds random things for comedic purposes
ex: You’ve won a Hanabishi washing machine with House and Lot with Birth certificate etc.

The shades of this episode alone would save Earth from global warming but the burns haha i live! It's chaotic like DRESP2 & DRIT but funnier!
