@@GreenBeeExplorer Sorry but it did not cook enough. I have cooked lamb in PC at least 20 times and 6 minutes will not tenderize the meat even with all that liquid covering it. I guarantee if you cook it for 15-20 minutes the lamb will be super moist and tasty. I also finish it off in air fryer for 8 minutes 4 minutes each side to add a crispy coating and flavor.
You should never put salt when cooking lamb in the beginning, ALWAYS at the end after the lamb is cooked, then season. It will always be tough if you ad salt at start
You should be more serious about posting a cooking version here without dogs crying in the background you walking the dog or any children crying or anything. you should focus more on the job of cooking then your dog
