I think the 5th point he pointed out was a bit flawed. "Pick up your calls"? Picking up robocalls usually put you on a list that picks up, no? Otherwise if important, I'll answer second call from same number
It's challenging when the scammer was someone close to me. More so when he has a Masters degree from London School of Economics, his mother is a retired teacher, his brother was an elite scholar and works as a civil servant, and his french wife is a Adjunct Professor in Negotiations @ Essec Business School.
If he is close to you, that means you can get hold of him anytime , isn't it? You can report him. Btw, if he is so highly qualified, why would he risk it all by scamming? Your story is not realistic.
These officers must go to these scammers root... I feel something very fishy. I am from India and you all know my country is defamed because of these scammers. Which we common majority indians hate. But we can't change fact so it is better there haves to be International department to keep eye and take action on these such a scammer organisation. Since these scam happening online, locally this is not one country problem but this is global problem which is why we need some department specific on these scammers. We have to make our world safer from all corners i want to remove tag from my country so i dont care if that scammer is find guilty is indian... Criminal must go behind bar that what we indian majority believe so please make international department to counter these scammers.

Else will usually ignore those call.
