I have started reading this book two days ago, and believe me, i m on just 2nd chapter and i have learnt alot from this book. One of the prose which i liked the most is the writers giving an example of bamboo that how people see the extensive growth of bamboo in just 6 weeks, but underground there is 5 years time of developing extensive root system. It has much more to motivate you.
“Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.” (Atomic Habits). The amz workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels was also very useful.

This book focuses specifically on habit building but it does motivate to leave bad habits so you will benefit from reading this book because good habits help with productivity and get rid of distractions and procrastination.
