I think I'm one of the few people who actually liked Camilla's dress. I thought it was classy, and I especially loved the hat. IMHO Kate's dress was flawless - lady-like, but modern.
I liked Camilla's dress and it has to be borne in mind that Camilla wasn't a young woman and so it would have to be a totally different style compared to the others who were all young. Her outfit was perfect for her and very elegant. Of all the Royal weddings I enjoyed Prince Charles and Camilla's the most because their relationship has stood the test of time and they deserved to be together after all they had been through in their previous marriages. Camilla has become one of my favourite Royals.
I thought Camilla looked amazing & was an appropriate choice. Diana's was unfortunately so creased it totally ruined the look, I also remember thinking that her hair hadn't been done. Meghan's was simple but just didn't fit properly. My favourites Catherine & Sarah F (l know controversial!!)
Diana’s and Sarah’s dresses are very much of their time but nonetheless anyone who has seen them in person will tell you that they are stunning. Princess Anne’s wedding dress is fantastic. It has incredible embroidery on the silk train which doesn’t show up in photos but it is very fitting for a real Princess. My favourites are: 1. The Duchess of Cambridge. 2. Princess Eugenie of York. 3. Princess Anne 4. The Queen (then Princess Elizabeth). 5. Lady Diana Spencer. 6. Sarah Ferguson. 7. Princess Margaret. 8. Queen Victoria. 9. Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones (Princess Margaret’s daughter). 10. Princess Alexandra of Kent and her sister-in-Katherine Worsley.
She was not an angel. She had affairs with 3 married men and caused their wives a lot of grief. She also humiliated her sons by giving an interview and writing a book about the affairs she and Charles were having. She even publicly told the story that her marriage was over on the day Harry was born because Charles had wanted a girl, and was disappointed that he got another son and was disappointed that Harry had red hair which is a Spencer family trait. Those are horrible things for your children to know. Diana loved stirring up drama.
Princess Diana's wedding dress was STUNNING in the time period it was from..her dress was so beautiful that it made countless headlines & it most definitely was gawked over by the public.
The Queens looked like what you would expect a Princess and future Queen to wear. A lot of jewels and lace. The skirt was not puffy it was full, but sleek. My mother was married in the 50's and that was how her dress was; fitted at the body and the skirt hanging down heavy and sleek made of satin and trimmed in lace. The veil was the train and the headdress was a tiara made of fabric and flowers instead of metal and stones. I think the 40's and 50's had very flattering styles. Women wore a lot of suites but of a very feminine, tailored design. The later 50's started bringing in the gathered skirts; but my mother never wore that. She always wore the A-line and what we call the pencil skirts, with fitted blouses. I do not think Megan's was ugly, I just did not think if fit her body well. It looked big on her and there was a lack of embellishment. And the fact that she was divorced kind of made the white dress a joke. Camilla dressed very appropriately (and to express that I am not prejudiced against Megan with my comments, I really do not like Camilla). Camilla is divorced and her dress did not make a mockery of wedding tradition. The color was flattering to her and I disagree about the hat, I thought it was lovely. She did not don a tiara, which I though was tasteful, so the hat drew attention and it looked lovely with her hair style. She also kept her jewelry minimal, as did Megan. That was tasteful. But isn't it amazing how much clothing is part of our culture? We can not help ourselves, we always make judgement on what people wear.
I have to say, my favorite was Princess Eugenie's. The lace and sleeves were simple but elegant, and the neckline was to die for. And I loved the pop of color given by her tiara.
Diana looked the ultimate fairy tale princess, i remember i watched it on tv as a 10 year old with my family we all loved it, that train went on forever i actually don't even remember noticing the wrinkles when she got out of the carriage
This wasn't worst to best this was 1980's to what fits most by modern standards. Most people in the fashion community regard Diana's wedding gown as the most significant wedding dress since Victoria popularized wearing the color white. As much as I love her I would rank Meghan's as one of the worst. The fabric looked too heavy for the silhouette and it could have used another fitting. I found her second dress much more flattering.
Diana's dress had a message! She was going to be a " fairy tale" princess, so the dress was designed to show that! It was a humorous approach to Diana's transformation. It was the best!!!
How can Diana's dress be the worst??... It might not be of this era...but she still looked elegant in it...n it suited her personality so well..If I had to rank the princesses, I'd surely put Diana at the top place
What silliness. Diana was barely 20 when she wed, and, thanks to TV shows such as "Dynasty", over-the-top outfits were pretty much the norm at the time. One might remember that Queen Victoria's wedding dress, too, was similar--also a reflection of the times.
Catherines svelte figure was superbly served by this beautifully designed gown Exquisite handmade Lace Full of symbols as was the dress itself All 4 Parts of the Kingdoms crest marks were in the pattern. She looked superb. Composed feminine Perfect. William wanted to wear the Welsh guard Navy-blue dress uniform . The Queen wanted the red Irish guard one !. He looked better in the Welsh guards Which both he and Harry wore for the sussex wedding.
Diana's dress wasn't the worst.....she looked as everyone expected, like a Disney Princess. Princess Margaret's dress was stunning , far more beautiful than the Queen's. Meghan markle disappointed big time....ill fitting boring dress with scruffy hair.
Debbie, actually Diana's dress was a departure from the typical wedding dresses of the time. I remember all the women at work being shocked at how full the sleeves were. Her dress was actually a fashion risk at the beginning of the 1980s.
She’s going against the rules because she is a normal person. If that’s how she wants her hair for the wedding that’s how she’ll have it, it may not be the ‘royal’ way but it’s her way I’m all for the royals and shit but People need to get their heads out of the royals arse. It was hers and Harry’s wedding, she wanted HER dress and HER hair how SHE wanted it
she was too needy and clingy, all about "mememe", poor girl was very emotionally unstable, possibly because her mother ran off with an Argentine polo player, leaving Di to be brought up by her Dad
Maznah Mohamed .... Because he wasn't in love with her. He was and has always been in love with Camilla Parker Bowles whom he finally go to wed after all was said and done with Princess Diana. Even the Queen mother didn't want Charles to marry Camilla because of her background at the time he was to marry Diana and they were dating because he asked his mother and she refused. In the end, after all of the heart ache and deaths that took place with Diana, the painful divorce and her tragic car accident, Charles is now very happily married to the woman he's always loved and wanted to marry, Camilla. Diana was so in love with Charles but he did not feel the same with her and never wanted to marry her. The end.
Whenever I see Diana's pics I just can't help thinking how can someone be so beautiful and have a good fashion sense at the same time.....beauty oozes out of her face....such a beautiful smile

Seeing Kaite dress and Meghan side by side kaite looks old Meghan looks modern
@@angelamay9713 Funny, as Catherine is almost 7 years younger -according to those who know!
I loved Princess Margaret, Princess Ann, Sarah Ferguson’s and Kate Middleton wedding dresses !
I thought Catherine's was best, but I really liked Anne's first dress for that time.
I liked Princess Anne’s dress as well.
I would never like Princess Anne's first wedding gown on anyone but on her its stunning 😍 It is soooo her
I always knew from the beginning of the video that Kate's dress is the best from all 😍
Kate's is by far the most beautiful!!
Princess Margaret. I love. And Kate's, of course
I like the wedding dress of kate simple, elegant, comfortable to wear and Beautiful...
I think I'm one of the few people who actually liked Camilla's dress. I thought it was classy, and I especially loved the hat. IMHO Kate's dress was flawless - lady-like, but modern.
Me to
I liked Camilla's dress and it has to be borne in mind that Camilla wasn't a young woman and so it would have to be a totally different style compared to the others who were all young. Her outfit was perfect for her and very elegant. Of all the Royal weddings I enjoyed Prince Charles and Camilla's the most because their relationship has stood the test of time and they deserved to be together after all they had been through in their previous marriages. Camilla has become one of my favourite Royals.
I liked it. Very classy
She did look beautiful. So glad these two are finally married as they belong together.
My favorite was Kate's dress.
Catherine's dress will always be my favourite, but I love the Queen's dress too
Kate was the best, classy, elegant sophisticate...just perfect. ❤️
I love Queen Elizabeth's wedding dress. I would say yes to it.
When she puts camilas dress above Diana’s, girl i-
It’s very very old fashioned
I loved Camillas' dress. It was really elegant for her age.
Ikr 😟
Love Catherine dress, truly majestic appearance and she made the dress look so stunning ❤❤❤
My favourites are:
1. The Duchess of Cambridge.
2. Princess Eugenie of York.
3. Princess Anne
4. The Queen (then Princess Elizabeth).
5. Lady Diana Spencer.
6. Sarah Ferguson.
7. Princess Margaret.
8. Queen Victoria.
9. Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones (Princess Margaret’s daughter).
10. Princess Alexandra of Kent and her sister-in-Katherine Worsley.
I watched Diana's wedding. her gown overwhelmed her. She was an angel on earth.
❤👍
Kate’s was my favourite, hands-down.
Kates was far more the prettiest dress
Princess Diana's wedding dress was STUNNING in the time period it was from..her dress was so beautiful that it made countless headlines & it most definitely was gawked over by the public.
Kate Middleton’s dress was my favourite, followed by Margaret’s.
Kate is the new people's princess!!!🇬🇧👸🇺🇸 She's gorgeous and her wedding dress was stunning!!!👸
@Christina Bonvillian 😞 you must be insane. And I'll leave it at that
@Christina Bonvillian well we can agree to disagree
KATE’S GOWN WAS FIGURE-
FLATTERING! AND ASIDE FROM
THE FABULOUS DRESS, SHE WAS,
WITHOUT DOUBT THE PRETTIEST
BRIDE‼️🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺
( what’s true is true!!)
NO CHANCE! Can't hold a candle to Diana!
Sarah looked more beautiful than
Kate. Sarah's dress outclassed Kates copy cat grace kelly dress.. too much lace....
Kate won my heart💗
honestly wedding dress i most liked is that of Queen Elizabeth
Me too. For me, it is what I call vintage classic. Well, I am partial to vintage look.
same
The Queens looked like what you would expect a Princess and future Queen to wear.
Fergie’s dress is pretty nice for an 80s wedding.
Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, her dress was absolutely stunning. Her bouquet paid homage to her native Australia.
It was absolutely the most beautiful one I ever saw!
Diana's dress was perfect for the '80s. She looked beautiful in it, stunning, and it will come back in style again.
Diana looked the ultimate fairy tale princess, i remember i watched it on tv as a 10 year old with my family
we all loved it, that train went on forever
i actually don't even remember noticing the wrinkles when she got out of the carriage
Who else knew that Kate’s dress would be number 1
But it was way too big in proportion and just not right for her frame.
What silliness. Diana was barely 20 when she wed, and, thanks to TV shows such as "Dynasty", over-the-top outfits were pretty much the norm at the time. One might remember that Queen Victoria's wedding dress, too, was similar--also a reflection of the times.
Catherine, always classic alway's beautiful 🐎🐎🐎🇭🇲
Catherines svelte figure was superbly served by this beautifully designed gown Exquisite handmade Lace Full of symbols as was the dress itself All 4 Parts of the Kingdoms crest marks were in the pattern. She looked superb. Composed feminine Perfect. William wanted to wear the Welsh guard Navy-blue dress uniform . The Queen wanted the red Irish guard one !. He looked better in the Welsh guards Which both he and Harry wore for the sussex wedding.
Each dress matches with time and respective bride, so they are all beautiful!
Best comment yet!
For sure!
Hated Markles dress. It didn't fit her right. Kate's dress was absolutely beautiful and timeless.
I love the wedding dress of Duchess Kate... very elegant..no ruffles or whatsoever.. simple and yet lovely
It fit her perfectly. She had the best make up of any royal bride also.
Diana's dress wasn't the worst.....she looked as everyone expected, like a Disney Princess. Princess Margaret's dress was stunning , far more beautiful than the Queen's. Meghan markle disappointed big time....ill fitting boring dress with scruffy hair.
I didn't like her hair at all. It certainly didn't exude prim and proper princess to me, and neither did her plain jane gown.
Debbie, actually Diana's dress was a departure from the typical wedding dresses of the time. I remember all the women at work being shocked at how full the sleeves were. Her dress was actually a fashion risk at the beginning of the 1980s.
She’s going against the rules because she is a normal person. If that’s how she wants her hair for the wedding that’s how she’ll have it, it may not be the ‘royal’ way but it’s her way
I’m all for the royals and shit but
People need to get their heads out of the royals arse. It was hers and Harry’s wedding, she wanted HER dress and HER hair how SHE wanted it
You and me understand each other big time.
Like a disney princess ? I disagree ..
Disney princess have their dress ironed first ..
The people’s princess Diana in elegant wedding outfit with that innocent smile was just amazing and can’t be compared with anyone or anything ❤
Princess Diana's gown definitely would an epic history for the coming future decades !! I love her!!
Kate's dress was sooo elegant!!! loved it!!!
I loved Princess Anne's dress. Loved those sleeves! All the dresses were beautiful
I still miss Princess Diana even after all these years. She was a sweetheart and I still weep for her. She was the most beautiful bride.
Meghan’s dress looked like one you’d try on in a bridal shop (in the wrong size) and everyone says, “No, not that one.”
Lesley G I can’t agree enough.
Good description, her reception dress was stunning though.
This is exactly what I have been saying since I first saw it.
The most beautiful women in the world...till now is princess Diana......was simply incomparable incredible and beSt woman....noone can beat her
Tina Sharma I wonder why Prince Charles didn't love her.
she was too needy and clingy, all about "mememe", poor girl was very emotionally unstable, possibly because her mother ran off with an Argentine polo player, leaving Di to be brought up by her Dad
The end.
Oh I loved Anne’s wedding gown the sleeves were awesome!!!
Whenever I see Diana's pics I just can't help thinking how can someone be so beautiful and have a good fashion sense at the same time.....beauty oozes out of her face....such a beautiful smile
Having a lot of money helps as one can afford the best.
Princess Diana came out of fairy tale so beautiful ❤️love her princess of hearts 💕
Princess Margarets dress to me is the most beautiful. It’s a true classic. You could deff shine in that style in modern times.
- I loved her dress too, especially paired with that fabulous tiara. They both complemented each other.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s gown was partly inspired by another iconic royal wedding dress, the one worn by HSH Princess Grace of Monaco.
Catherine's dress was nothing like Grace Kelly's. Grace Kelly's dress looked heavy. I preferred Catherine's
@@margaretblyth8534 thank you, I have never seen 2 more different style dresses as Catherine of Cambridge and Grace Kelly.
Grace Kelly looked like she was in a contraption watliing down the aisle with very high neck.
