I like it. Of course , i like almost all hot wheels. On a side note, my old mercury grand marquis, that i definetly used as a drift car (in the snow) lost its front bumber because of .... A deer. A really stupid deer. A deer that died. I really miss my grand marquis. My paid off grand marquis. I'm not bitter. Its a shame that car won't finish the speedway.
@@RoughdiamondRacer brother, I miss your grand marquis and I never even saw it or new you had one until now 😆. I love Crown Vic’s and any of their “siblings/cousins.”
I cant remember if the tires are rubber on these like the oremiums. Rubber tires are slower then the standard mainline wheels are. Its s nice car and casting.
@@GeraldLange1968 ya they’re standard hard plastic tires. I don’t even try racing the rubber “Real Riders” tires on this track. They are way too slow. I don’t often buy the premium models for that reason.
The car looks really cool, but it just didn't perform like it was supposed to. Maybe the start gate needs to be even steeper, then it would definitely get out of turn two. Or maybe its just too cold in the Freedom shed and the tires don't want to work right.
@@DiecastMayhem ya, there are definitely a lot of factors at play. My other cars seem to be performing as they should, but you never know 🤷🏼♂️. I’ll give this one another shot when the warmer weather comes back.

Question...what the total length of your track and what is the length of just the straight track? I bought 2 of the same adventure force sets and building a similar track using AF straight and turns and standard orange HW track.
@@GeraldLange1968 I’ll get you some accurate dimensions as soon as I can. I think my straight stretches are about 8 feet or so. With the corners I believe it ends up being something like 30 feet of total racetrack.
@@GeraldLange1968 ok I’ve got it all measured. The start gate is from JLH Krafts Racing. Then the front stretch is 3 feet of orange hotwheels track followed by 5 feet of AFCR. Then comes turns one and two followed by 7 1/2 feet of AFCR. And finally turn 3 and 4 with 7 feet of coroplast track I made using the 3dbotmaker magnetic connectors. (Also purchased from JLH Krafts) Hope that helps!
@@kohnfutner9637 hey thanks for watching and commenting! You’re right, it’s self explanatory. I should have asked “why do people do bumper deletes?” That was really the question I was trying to answer. I disagree on the aerodynamics though. I think removing the front bumper would be LESS aerodynamic… you would definitely get better downforce with the bumper on.
@@mikebinsufficientfundsraci748 I don’t know why I didn’t do that 🤔 I’ve got graphite right there on the workbench. I guess my main thought was to just test the car in its unaltered state.

I didn't ask what a bumper delete is. It's obvious, it's missing the front bumper. I would assume to be more aerodynamic.
