    (I know it is irrelevant, but somehow, it makes all this more human and normal and, therefore, the whole thing much more accessible to me)

    One of my yoga teachers explained this exact concept to me a few years back and the pose all of a sudden started to make more sense. Great explanation!

    Wow, that doesn't exist... Yesterday in front of a mirror, I recognized the exact same problem with my lower back and tried it exactly as recommended here and it worked! Now I see this video a day later, I've never had yoga classes and I couldn't believe it. 🎉🎉🎉😂

    Your cues and advice are excellent. This one in particular helped connect the use of the anterior pelvic tilt with internally rotating the thighs to spread the sitz bones. Now to practice evenly spreading the weight across all parts of my toe box/foot 😂 thanks again!!

    It cuts off at the end! What were you going to say?? My hands want to slip all the time. Is there a longer version of this?

      I actually searched for the reel on Instagram and it cuts of even before 😅
      My best tip against sliding hands: get a really good yoga mat with lots of grip

      Try to improve your downdog, If you do this position properly your hands sholdn't slip 🙂
