Go prone, click the aim button, pick a target, watch the range for bullet drop (use binoculars to measure the distance between you and your target), aim for the head and make sure you zoom in then press the click button once you're sure that David Jones has exhaled his breath so you can be sure the scope is stable.

Bcoz he is playing on normal mode you got 'david jones' rank in hard mode and you got 'agent' rank in easy mode.
