I have 3 of the kits but I have no problem with the older parts in this kits but i only use metal tracks and Barrels and aftermarket parts And PE with all my builds sometimes I Pay more for after market parts than the kits even worth that's My choice. i will use the older parts I had no problem with the details on my 3 kits I mean nothing that an experienced modeler couldn't take care of .I don't Expect dragon to make new molds for every entire kit they make they are a Business that has to make money . But after you prime and add paint and weathering to the kit you're not going to be able to tell the difference between a new kit or a old kit . I have no complaints at all with the 3 kits I have . I have no problems on correcting older parts that's part of the fun of the hobby I think you're being very hard on this kit .. There is plenty of people who like the DS tracks alot of people have Problems putting together magic tracks . Or don't have the money for metal tracks dragon has to make a kit that's available for different age levels are not making a kits just for an advanced model builder..some times I like to buy old kits from the 60s and 70s to build or kit bash .I have over 400 model kits new and old .
and wrong Wheels as well Prototype got less bolts on it MR models got the right one for it .The Proto got it in Groups of 3 bolts and V2 need more strip down ans very wrong muffler
pathetic! (the kit, not your review). Maybe Dragon has a Facebook site? share it there along with other videos that show how we feel about it. We can bend them, they are our slaves!
What the....(I do apologise!)....are they honestly trying, to play us for fools? Almost looks like Dragon has become to big for own good and ego.... I wonder if they had some unused plastic lying about, where they looked at it and thought "what can we do with this and then sell to robbing prices?".... 😉😄 Thanks for another great review AND the warning! 👍
I refuse to ever use those god awful tracks on my builds, they are utter shit, bronco make a cost effective mold injected for about 1/4 of the price of the high end metal tracks, again I personally will not spend more on tracks then the actual price of the kit.
Adam, thanks for helping me identify that I would NOT want to purchase this kit. I agree totally unacceptable for what they charge now.
+TacticalJackalope Yeah it's awful.

Adam, thanks for a great review. Not much of a kit for the price so I will be passing on this one.
+Mark Thacker My pleasure, and I don't blame you. I review it so people know what it is. And this one is a stinker.
Clearly Dragon gave the design of this project to their new hire.
I think I'll pass on this one too. Dragon has really fallen hard off their perch. I wonder what may have happened to them.
+Steven Piper they got greedy and have other things like Marvel and Star Wars that make them money.
Dragon's new kits are making Takom ,Tamiya and Meng look really good.
I completely agree.
Hey Adam, I was wondering what colour you paint the fire extinguisher on the tiger 1? also Great video as always
+Acrylic Maple Gray or yellow.
Thanks
looks like another minimal effort maximum prize Dragon offering
+opsimathics yeah, cash grab.

+Hamilkar Barkas I think they can hear me.
Adam what's your favourite dragon kit ?
+Dark Ghost The Pazner III 6394 and Tiger I late 6383 were both brilliant builds. There are tons of good ones out there though.
Isn't the drive sprocket different on the 2 versuchs panthers compared to the production ones?
Yeah, it's a panzer IV style almost. I just forgot to mention it. It's quite cool actually.
+Adam Mann So the one on the kit is wrong then, since it looks like the later type
+Da7K I believe the correct one is in there on the wheel sprue.
+Adam Mann Oh right, might have missed that part

I completely agree. I finished this build review last night. I think even less of it now. Should have the After Action up by mid week.
Looking forward to it.... 👍
The 'F' sprue, almost makes me think....short run production. 😄
ps: awesome paint on your comparison Panther...do you have a build video on that one?
+Steven Piper I'm filming a painting video currently. So base paint and I'll show the whole process in a video like the Tiger.
If I had dollar for everything that annoyed you about this kit I could buy a nice Tamiya model.
+Tim Berry I agree. My hope is since I do official reviews for Armorama that eventually we can get Dragon to change their ways.
I must say that the end result is a great model, it's just getting there that stinks.
