My issue with combo isnt knowing what positional it is, its know if its buttton 1 flank, or button 2 flank. I would much rather button 1 have both flanks, and button 2 have both rears. Its still kinda the same thing, but at I can get used to ending with a 1 for all flanks (for ease of muscle memory), then ending with a 2 for all rears
That could be a qol of life thing which I think I'd be ok with? But personally after spending time on the job I've learned which button appears on which side since it's always the same and I look at my finisher buff to know which is coming
