  • Hey hey!
    I'm back with a catch up following Superleague Malibu. I finally got to race with Lucy Charles and Team Charles-Barclay. Huge thanks to Holly Charles for the footage and for the guys for making such a memorable racing experience. Now i'm back in Leeds you can see a bit about what I'm getting up to now i'm back in the routine.

    Great to see a snap shot of your gym work. Very similar stuff to what my 14 year old son and I (56) do with out PT. no big weights and measured and deliberate reps.

    Always good to see your gym work.... some creative specific work going on- as opposed to my own old-school powerlifting stuff I indulge in !

    Great vid. Are you doing plyometrics ("explosive" gym exercises) for preventing achilles injuries?
