  • Hey Hey,
A few of you have asked how I avoid running injuries and keep myself consistent through the year. So I've talked a bit about my journey, how i've stayed injury free and what works for me. It's different for everyone, but hopefully you find something useful in there!

Beth’s running is flawless and she looks strong asf. I would never assume she struggled with injuries

Good tips Beth. And from a former physics teacher. No wonder you are good at acceleration! 😀

Any tips on the not rolling your ankle thing? I’m going down to my mum’s over Christmas and the roads aren’t safe for running but I’ve found a massive field I thought I’d mark a 400 out in (vaguely) to improve my strength in running but it’s super hole-y(?) so I’m worried about my ankles. I’m hyper mobile and have rubbish proprioception/weak ankles. I thought this would help but it won’t if I just fall over immediately!
