My favorite LOST reaction is from Rob & Trin React! They are a Briitish guy (watching Lost for the first time) and a French girl (re-watching Lost for the second time with Rob). They are the best!
I love that your first reaction video was Lost, making a commitment like that is admirable! Was that a deliberate choice? I remember you saying that you have family who've seen it, but I wondered how Lost figured into a choice starting a RUclips reaction channel.
When my wife and I originally started dating, she and my sister were big fans. There were lots of peripheral conversations that I was on the outside of...but having zero context, none of it really stuck at all. All I actually remember was them talking about a monster that was a big deal early on but is never actually seen. Technically, I'm pretty sure I watched one of the last couple episodes with my wife when it aired....but it was like 15 years ago and I had no connection to anything going on so I literally remember none of it. Technically, Lost wasn't my first reaction video. I recorded 2 movies (Babadook and Choose Or Die) but I screwed up some stuff and the footage wasn't usable. Then I did a reaction for Evil Dead Rise. That had some copyright stuff going on and was partially blocked. A few months later, I re-edited it and re-uploaded it, so the date looks like it was done later. In terms of how I chose Lost, I had started making a list of possible shows and looking at lists on Google and YT of the best shows ever. I stopped looking up those lists because one of the YT ones showed a clip that I'm pretty sure spoiled something for me at some point in the future with Lost.
Thank The Island you and Vox are doing Lost reactions. It's like it knew I was asking❤ 🌴❤️🌴 I rewatch Normies Lost reactions most, shoutout to Rob and Trin react to Lost

One of them made it all the way to the end and then stopped just before the finale (Maria Rodriguez, worth watching minus the ending) I'm probably forgetting some. I've left some out on purpose due to being unfinished/abandoned by the reactors.
Another new and (imo) promising reactor is Ash Lee Can. She only started 12 days ago and has uploaded the 2 part Pilot so far. She's very funny and natural and seems keen. Married to Film recommended her...I think she is a niece of one of them? She has hardly any views/likes so far and definitely deserves more.
"Married to film", and "Neil talks" are both good channels that have reacted to lost. Married to film are doing a second watch I think at the moment so make sure you find the original ones for no spoilers.
Thanks. My sarcastic dark sense of humor gets a pretty good response on the Lost reactions....not so much during my reaction to The Iron Claw...Probably not doing any super sad movies on here for a while.
You said something really prescient for a later season at a point in your watch today. I need to remember to eventually redirect you back here to show you you were right about something way in advance. I wish I could actually say it instead of speaking in code right now, haha. Other reactors ... my favorite was Hogwarts Reacts, followed by Lost on the Couch. Hogwarts was just so genuine it was sort of endearing to see her reactions to everything. I also like Neil Talks a lot, but my only issue there is he would watch a bunch in a row on the same day, so if he got a theory wrong it would travel through his next three or so videos. But he got way more right than he ever got wrong. Also he worked in film and TV so his insights as to how things were filmed or why choices were made were fascinating to me (I love finding out how the soup is made so to speak). The last one I'll mention is You, Me & the Movies (husband has seen it before, the wife hasn't). I like her dry sarcasm and she's another one who really is spot on with guesses and theories. I won't mention the one I don't like by name, although there definitely is one ... no need for the negative energy everyone's doing their best. But there's one channel I basically stopped watching because in their attempt to get around fair use they actually ended up cutting out or cutting up iconic scenes or even important speeches so I had to bail.
That's the perfect way to not spoil something, but instead get me intrigued by it. Can't wait. I hope when the time comes you'll be able to jump in and remind me.
Thanks again for another great reaction! I am all caught up, and eagerly awaiting the next one. Too many reaction videos talk over important events while you are particularly focused on the nuances of the show. Taking a brief pause for a lengthier reaction/thought process is super helpful. Keep up the great work!
Thanks. I try to only talk (other than a quick joke here or there) over parts where there isn't much of a conversation going on. If I have a thought that I feel is going to take me a minute or two to get out, that's usually when I pause the video. And then the cut ins that I've been doing on the past few videos are usually things I've been thinking about since the initial viewing or details I saw while editing that I missed initially. Thanks again for the support.

Kate's plane is also a 'Michael's box' object. We know very little about it, but clearly it has deep sentimental/emotional value to her. Yes, Kate definitely has trust issues, but I feel she is starting to trust Sun here. Especially as Sun has now trusted HER with a huge secret...it's easier to trust someone when you know they have already placed their trust in you.

I watched his first two groups he's taken through the show, he's on his third group of guests now and I'm also watching that. Rodrigo has seen the show many times and brings in friends to watch it that haven't. He doesn't spoil, he will just ask them questions at the end of each reaction. He's a super nice dude, from Brazil I think. #3 The Normies - LOST (Serge is an encyclopedia on LOST. If you give him a scene, he'll tell you what season and episode it is, he takes a couple of his friends through the show for their first time reaction, he doesn't spoil) #4 Hogwarts Reacts - LOST (they had taken down the channel for a while, but last time I checked, it was back up) #5 React with Mike - LOST (I should probably rate this higher, I really liked Mike) #6 Married to Film - LOST #7 Rob and Trin react - Lost (this should really be ranked higher too) One's I wouldn't waste my time with are: Blind Wave - They just didn't show enough of the actual show for me, spent a lot of time talking about it, but very little of actual footage. Parity - I just didn't like their editing style. They showed actual show footage behind them, and would cover stuff up in the process. I thought it was a poor choice of style. Nova and Mom - I just didn't connect with the reactors. Yanni Haddox - lol, his huge watermark over the video got on my nerves. Storm Akima - small amount of actual show footage shown, I did watch them all, then was blown away at the end that they didn't understand it. They ended up being completely wrong about the show. Blew my damn mind. Terabyt Reacts - I tried to like this one, but he would go off on tangents that didn't have anything to do with the show, it took me out of the reaction. I gave up on it.
You guys are putting some serious time into these recommendations, and I definitely appreciate it. Not only will I be checking out the ones that you liked, but I'll be investing some time into looking at the ones you disliked to see if I can avoid some of the downsides that you mentioned.
@@dtny2la I actually couldn't hear Parity properly (even with everything maxed up at my end). I gave up after a while because I still couldn't even work out what their names were, so didn't feel any connection with them.
@@busimagen It's a shame their sound set up isn't great, because I genuinely have no idea whether I even liked their reactions (before giving up on them), as I could hardly hear anything they said.
No channels that have not already been mentioned. Those that start LOST and don't finish it are not worth mentioning. :) As Pascal said, “the heart has its reasons that reason does not know”. It's complicated to understand the relationship between Shannon and Boone, marked by love, manipulation, control and incestuous repulsion. On the other hand, I always found that Locke went too far in the way he interfered between them. He says he wants to help Boone but doesn't give him a choice like he did for Charlie. This is just to protect the secret of the hatch. It's disappointing on his part. I really like the relationship between Hurley and Sun's husband.

I would add Reatores to these 2 suggestions. Rodrigo, in David's role, is a fantastic (and spoiler-free) guide too. He's just started the journey again with a third crew (the first 2 crews have finished).
Be careful if you watch "Hogwarts Reacts" because the editor of the reactions has seen the whole show and puts spoilers in the videos. You should only watch it after you're done with the entire thing. Same thing with Reatorres, he doesn't put spoilers but when someone says something that happen in another season he looks at the camera with a smirk, so it might spoil you as well.
I didn't even think about the classic Rodrigo smirk. Good point. That's a shame, as Reatores reactions are brilliant and Rodrigo is such a perfect guide.
