I am still intrigued as to why Sarina chose the Lionesses. Two huge years in her coaching career coming up - 2022 Euro & 2023 WC.
I think it's safe to say she doesn't regret the decision
probably mainly because they have the most developed league in europe (currently), and them not having won a major tournament until now is incredibly surprising - aka maybe she saw potential and wanted the challenge? it makes sense because she won the euros with the oranje leeuwinnen that she wouldnt go for a team that is advanced ig

British FA threw serious money at women's football the last couple of years. She probably earning 3 or 4 times as much as she did with NL
Also a new challenge.
And probably also a better work environment. More money, more possibllities.
Very simple the British FA wanted her very bad and threw alot of money at it as they wanted to have the best coach in the world in ladies soccer,they wanted to win their own euro s ..they were also respectfull towards her and the dutch fa and the dutch fa as well as wiegman knew that with the england squad and the little more professionalism qualities and facilities she could become worldchampion with england
