She has the general (and quite hard to get) 'coach professional football' diploma from the Dutch Association though. As quite an experienced football coach myself my feeling is she would do extremely well in the men's game. Let me tell you something you learn quickly as a football coach on higher level: there are some great coaches around, but also LOTS of pedantic idiots, even at the highest level.
Is there any team Wiegman would not be an asset to? I doubt it. But admittedly starting with the England men would be a big step. I would step in lower Premier League if I was her. I think the pattern would just continue: she would make a team and start winning, and then win some more.
