I finally made it to here on my rewatch. Fairy Tail (2014) Episode 101, now that Fairy Tail Zero has concluded and Avatar/Alvarez will soon begin. Most of the time anime openings feature their own animation produced for just for the opening. Not this one. They just use footage from the actual show spliced together; celebrating everything they've done up to that point and encapsulates what the show is in a nutshell. It feels like this could have been done by a fan, talented with editing software. Fairytail has a good relationship with its fans and it really shows.
I’m going to put this little bit of lovely info out there for my guild. The place where ‘future Lucy’ winds up after she ‘dies’ is on the 100 year long quest with Natsu Gray Happy Ezra and Wendy. (It’s a theory but I love it)
1: The clouds are white so I can only assume u r referring to the fields they r standing on (haven’t watched dragon ball so idk bout the clouds but I see white clouds) 2: it makes more sense since there are more people there than the 100 year quest team at the end of the seris so it’s likely bad ending fairytale in heaven 3: it could b that they r in heaven but Lucy does not have the power to go back to her timeline when she dies (but she might have) therefor they can’t b in heaven since the outlines of still alive characters are there (once again unless Lucy went back to her other timeline)
The thumbnail of hot scantily clad twintails Lucy and Virgo kicking is from Fairy Tail opening 19 in Sun Village, the girls Lucy, Erza, Flame were very hot in it and Gray was Soo cool! Here, 0:36 the break singing is so good and at 1:06 the bittersweet singing pulls at the heartstrings! 15.5.2023
