Welcome back everyone! In this episode I slowly start to cut back the collapsed and wrecked trees, to gain vehicular access. Buy in my first lot of fence posts and get to whacking them in. Did I mention it was cold..?

Looks like a great spot! As someone currently selling their house to fund a similar idea in Wales..would love to know whereabouts you are and how you found the land? All hints and tips gratefully received! Keep up the good work man 💪
Hey Seb, I'm North East Wales. Good luck with your house sale and don't give up. I will put put a video on this at a later stage. Tips for now, search the areas you're interested in go walking there etc. Maybe you'll see a derelict plot/wreck. Get back and used the land registry. £3 per search. If serious, write the owners a letter 👌. Try different FB groups but don't flat out explain what you're trying to do. Keep it private.

Hi! Found ur channel after searching moving to wales! My parents bought a small holding years ago, I grew up wales but moved back to London in my teens. I had the most amazing upbringing, so many wonderful memories, a different life to what my friends had, I do really miss it. Would love to move back, give my young daughter those experiences. I will be following ur journey, excited for you😊 x

Hey Andy 👋. Thank you very much! I appreciate that a lot. I may do a more in depth video as suggested in the future. It's always best to keep some privacy I find in this crazy world. But I'm an photographer (mainly landscapes and outdoor brands) and I also run a tiny business called www.sheepfloof.com where I use my girls wool. Many thanks Andy! I would be very interested to know how much this smallholding cost. It is something I always wanted but now at aged 65 its passed me by. Hence why I am interested in your videos
