Good luck and stay positive. Our house had a viewing morning on 17th April and we had 3 full price offers on the Monday and we moved to our new home on 21st May. It took our breath away at how quick it happened, so it will happen for you too, your home is beautiful xx

Love the sections of the video today especially seeing the fur babies, if I lived in your area and was looking to move I would happily buy and move in. I love your home, we all know it’s spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and I imagine very welcoming. I can’t say I hope you’ll sell because it’s so well maintained and is a home not just a house. I hope you do find another you’re wanting to renovate but I don’t envy you all that work 😄👍xx

Exciting times ahead! Which ever house you get I’m sure you will make it look beautiful just like you have your current one and in the house buying game you win some, you lose some like you said it’s just real life. I ordered more wax melts and I have your perfume honestly it’s so lovely! It’s a really handy size to pop in my bag but don’t let that stop you from making a full sized bottle cos I’m sure you would get a lot of takers… haha. Everyone comments on the smell when I have Tonis blend going in my wax burner. I don’t really feel the need to buy other brands because I feel like yours covers my taste completely. Good luck for the viewings and I’ll keep my fingers crossed you get a buyer 🤍

If it’s for you it won’t pass you, know it’s hard when it’s something you really want but you will look back on this time and see that it all turned out for the better. Sometimes not the road we thought we would walk but you get to the destination anyway.

Hi Toni, know exactly how you feel with moving, we lived in our last property for 20 years decided to sell we sold our property in 4 days to the first person who viewed it the lady said she was looking and just popped into the estate agents the morning our property went live she had sold her house and was living at her daughters and we were cash buyers our new house was also empty and done up but property developers so there were no chains. Our estate agents were brilliant and beleive the story as they call it nowadays they wrote does help. I found the most difficult time is towards the end when you've packed up and your house is just boxes waiting for the exchange and completion because you can't do anything and your in limbo this i found most difficult, but its all worth it because I love where I am now and never look back only thing is your furnishings you had never look the same in your new place but I think its a good thing. Ohh how exciting you always know dont you if something is right for you dont worry that you dont get an offer right away we were the same it is very emotional you will get very stressed but you will get there we had our estate agent do the viewings it saves you doing it cos you might get 3 or 4 in one day happy days try not to get to stressed it will all come together lots of luck xx

I hope everything works out for you and more besides, and that all you hope and wish for comes true. Is your perfume unisex or more of a fragrance best suited to a woman? Do you do the scent cubes in the same fragrance as the perfume? I can't imagine the emotions you must be feeling when you have a big move ahead of you, more so if you've been settled for so long in one place - but it's a new chapter for you to start a fresh, new memories and new beginnings, so hopefully by Christmas you will be settled and on your way to the new adventures. I felt your disappointment Toni at losing your dream property; my experience was to firstly sell and have the money available to put an offer in the property set a date of entry
And then put an offer in for your new property with the proviso it is accepted verbally and in writing and
Taken off the market with no other viewings ; learned that tip on Location Location Location where to live if you sell your own property first is your choice it is possible to rent short term or in my case stay in my holiday caravan. Good luck!

Yes 10 minutes is Not long for a viewing... If they loved it or it was their future home. They should of been there 30/40 minutes.... going by the size of your 🏠 house...
