It's not that bad. For a regular man not using a crap ton of auto tune it sounds pretty okay for the pitch he's trying to do.
Really, All 2D did was add an extra vocal for noodle to back her up. He didn't need to autotune it, it just gave her that little umph to boost her voice.

I'm pretty sure Damon normally voices 2D when he's singing as it's fairly low, but they wanted high nerdy vocals for this song so they got the voice actor for the non-singing 2D
