    Well presented Aion. I have noticed and come to understand that some of what can hurt relationships is our expectations. We tend to ensnare others in our expectations even if the other isn't aware of what our expectations are and vice versa. I try to move through this reality no longer placing my personal expectations on others although it can be quite difficult at times. Thank for sharing this. I appreciate your efforts.

      Thank you for your insightful sharing. What you noticed is spot on. Fortunately, many of expectations from others can be addressed internally. For example, if we are kind and considerate toward ourselves, our expectations from others to always be kind and considerate toward us, although essential, becomes less extreme. Appreciate your contributing comment. Blessings.🙏

    What do you do if you don't remember your childhood?

    • @AionFarvahar
      @AionFarvahar 11 месяцев назад +3

      It's common not to remember as our default consciousness blocks them, especially if they were emotionally intense or painful. But techniques like IFS can open up access to our memories and what we missed when growing up.🙏

      They will come back up as you heal yourself. For me, it was in bits and pieces. Just keep working on yourself and going through your challenges. You'll figure out your path as you get to breakthrough 'checkpoints.'

      @@wennm Thanks for sharing your experience. When our experiences during childhood are too traumatic, a dissociative part of our personality is formed to disconnect us from the memory of those experiences. This is very common. When life becomes emotionally safer later on as an adult, or when one is in a therapeutic setting, the dissociative part of personality starts to relax and the childhood memories can resurface in dreams or during therapy sessions, in search of reconciliation, unburdening, and healing.🙏
