My step brother had a house on IOP before the hurricane blew it away. I used to go there every summer and stay there for free. It's changed so much. It used to be a quiet, calm, peaceful little area downtown.
I lived there as a kid in 1976-77 right on the beach. Front yard was a sand dune. It was a small quiet town.
Why is the whole video devoted to showing this realtor's face? I came here to see Isle of Palms.

I am a co-owner of a condo in Wild Dunes (since April 2021). We’re pleased (and blessed, honestly) with the rental returns thus far and do our best to keep it updated and welcoming. We very much like that there aren’t any high rise beachfront condo buildings like the concrete jungles of Myrtle, OCMD, Miami etc. I think that makes for better family vacation experiences and with only one traffic light on the island, you’re not stopping all the time once you’re on. The getting to and parking is an issue in the peak months especially since it’s a public beach, one that City Council is taking up presently. So, c’mon down and visit. I actually live up north in PA for now…not retired for a while yet. 😫
I fly down to isle of palms twice a year. Direct flight. Love that island. Yes parking is horrible. I fly direct to Charleston, and Uber it.

I keep hearing Wild Dunes has bed bugs again and I don’t think they do. Who can I talk to about this. Help!
