I think "tearing their soul apart" actually kills them for good tho...so Alastor can do that, for example, the Overlords he got rid of are nowhere to be found.

Charlie is like the textbook definition of toxic positivity. Even woken up in the middle of the night while being betrayed, she busts out into song about forgiveness.
Plus, she heard what Vox said to Sir Pentious (telling him to kill himself for failing), so that's why she's so willing to forgive him since he has nothing now.
Weirdly, I feel like Alastor has a strange sort of affection for Pentious?? Because the thing Alastor hates most is being looked down on, and Pentious considers him a worthy opponent who it would be a great achievement to defeat! Which is why Alastor insults him and blows him up and stuff but always lets him get away to come back again later

Valentino is like my 3 favorite character! (I love villains) He is so well done and how he switches from tantrum mode to "annoy" mode is so funny. And before they come to attack me, I like him as a character, not as a person, okay? He's just a good villain and I love him.

Pentious has such a low self-esteem, he just wants to belong and be accepted so bad 🥺 that's why he seems to change sides so easily, he would do it for whomever he thinks is accepting and valuing him.
Vox is very likely more powerful than Alastor so between overconfidence and rage he made a bad decision. Funnily enough, that's exactly the poor decision making he was criticising Valentino for 5 seconds ago, but he failed to heed his own advice and paid the price.
I'm pretty sure Alastor is stronger. I think Vox might be a bit more influencial than Alastor due to running a cooperation along with two Overlords by his side so this gives Vox some power but bot enough to challenge Alastor (as this episode as proven). Like Alastor said "he'd be powerless without the other Vee's", so I'm guessing that without Valentino and Velvette, he wouldn't be able to climb up the ranks as he has. While Alastor has proven to be a far better threat to Hell since he took down a couple of big time Overlords that's ruled Hell for centuries. Plus, while Vox mainly relies on hypnotizing people to get what he wants, Alastor relies more on manipulation tactics to achieve his goals and his far more persuasive than Vox.
