Stalker all the way. Sure, at some places it has problems but in general, it is better looking than Metro. Take a PDA for example. In metro it's a object that you hold in your hands. While it's immersive, you can't see crap because it is too small and thus the icons on the PDA's screen are even smaller, and you either have to deal with tweaking FOV or something else. In Stalker however, it's a full screen PDA, so that you see your icons and objectives better and understand, what you are looking at. Sure, it's less immersive but, as a person who plays video games for fun and not for realism that I have too much in my life, I rather take full JPEG on screen to see my objectives than small object that I have to zoom in on, in order to see what I'm looking at. Also, the ripples in Metro looks unrealistic. They simply look like a splash wave. Now try to shoot with real weapon in to, let's say a paddle full of water. The splashes from it gonna wash your face in no time, making also your clothes wet. Thus Stalker 2 does it better. Sure, the splashes are not as crazy as in real life but again, I ain't playing games for realism so it's fine by me. @ metro slider does something while stalker slider actually does nothing
Stalker's problem is that the FOV slider is locked to the world and not the viewmodel
bro youre nitpicking, both game have flaws why not pick those to feature. -1
Metro is way better than stalker by a long shot
STalker 2 looks like shit for a AAA Game in 2024 and is a Poor Performance Memory Leak mess
Geez, if Stalker 2 looks like shit to you, I'm scared to imagine what your idea of good graphics is. I mean, I don't deny the issue of poor performance, but Stalker is among the most visually detailed games out there.
your gpu 750 ti 😂
The gameplay of Exodus is pure scrap in comparison of Stalker 2. The game have great first look graphics, but is a gameplay disaster in comparison.
I think Metro is still a great game that is worth playing
While understandable
Exodus gameplay is different from stalker 2
@Freedomer3 True! Metro wants you to be a stealthy pacifist, while in Stalker 2 you can be a tank that kills half of the zone
@@TeamYellowBS especially when enemies only drop ammo and scraps. Also metro is completely relying on scavenging
@@TeamYellowBS I'm referring in particular to the controls and the way the character moves. It's absolutely horrible and they never wanted to refine either one.
The very first Stalker is still the best. Stalker 2 will be really good in the next few months/years.
Metro Exodus weapon better
hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Metro is better than S2, becouse you could actually finish main story on premiere 😂
I successfully finished Stalker 2 before the first patch
@TeamYellowBS lucky one. How many previous saves you had to load because of bugs? 😂 And Zalysia rescue mission?
Because of bugs? Um... zero. The only major problem that I had is fps drops to 2-3 frames. And they still haven't fixed it yet, which is a shame. But talking about quest softlocks, then yeah. Quest in Zalissya is broken, and Lodochka didn't open the door. But you can still finish the story without those quests
@@TeamYellowBS scientist bunker - totally forgot about this. And again - lucky one. I had to load so many previous saves... Especially in Foundation, also in one of X laboratory, where I had to complete about 10 minute part with mutants without dying, because every saved state in this part was broken and unable to load. I have hard time to have warm thoughts about GSC because of all times when I was really frustrated during gameplay, which has never happened in Metro
@@Hylaaea No idea what you are on about. You either have a potato or are using mods that's breaking it. I've played through it two times and never had any of the issues you are dreaming up. Yes, the game is in a bad state, but you're exaggerating it to the extreme.
срулкер 2 жалкая поделка на урино энжн фуйф
its like comparing apples to oranges. I do not understand why so many people say these two games are similar. besides the fact that they both take place in eastern europe and are FPS, they feel very different.
