What size Torx bit is used to remove arm rests and the bolts holding the wood base to the arm rests, please? Once those bolts are out, what do you do to remove the wood base? I need four chairs to fit in a minivan. If I can get thw wood base off, they would fit. Regards, Bo Andersen

It looks so easy to put the Ottoman together, so why have we had three service man come out and they could not fix it so that the ottoman does not fall of the stand.

How do you take the back off to reupholster it? I'm having difficulties with this.
