Rajesh is an online client who lives in India and has been suffering with L4 L5 - L5 S1 disc bulges

I have L4/L5 disc bulge and stenosis at S1 Bilateral sciatic pain and numbness. Dr has referred me for 3 x cortisone injections to L4/L5/S1 to relieve pain followed by physio and Pilates for longer term management.
I have started your exercises yesterday and already feeling benefits.
What are your thoughts on corticosteroid injections?
Am I likely to benefit from exercise only to alleviate pain and remedy disc bulge?
