Finally some very clear tutorial, especially for non conventional characters. I love how the instructor explains each step very clearly and giving the possible issues like filpped axis and so on. Well done and please keep up with these series 😊
I think facial animation is the most difficult part because this program is working 100% Bones and any other similar platforms as Mixamo or another rigs setup add-ons as riggify they don't using facial rig, maybe setting up the eyes but no more than that.
so i have to rig the character beforehand. do i also have to weightmap the character before i import it into cacadeur? or can i do weightmapping in cascadeur?
What do you do when your character has a skeleton set up where the pelvis and the spine are children of a com bone? The program doesn't seem to like that and wants the spine to be a child of the pelvis only. Any advice?

I like this tutorial, it inspired me to create even a similar rigged character, I placed it for free with casc format
Perfect timing to watch
Can u create auto lip sync?
Thanks for tutorial! Now im bit less afraid of rigging 😅
thank you
Looking for next part please
Nice video!

@@reinantewhisper9333 yeah definitely I’m not talking about complex facial rigs tho just simple mouth and eyes movements
Next one soon?
Teach us how to add rigid bodies for the fingers pls. I want to apply autophysics on them to correct my character's finger animation.
Was the second part ever made ?

How are you adding rig elements by only selecting one bone?
It always prompts me to select two bones, to create the rig element between them.
Can rigs created in Cascadeur be exported to Blender?
Baby shark, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo!
❤😀
Only one thing This software lack is character texture 😔
Nothing revolutionary and REALLY innovative !!!!... And still a pain in the ass to build a rig, even for a small thing like this !!!
