It worked! On the 1st garment that had only a little stain, it didn't do anything so I was not feeling hopeful when I started on the 2nd garment which had a lot more stains. But to my surprise, it actually worked on the 2nd item! I think the difference is in the texture of the fabrics. The first one was smooth and the second item had more texture. It required a lot of scrubbing with a toothbrush (I was scrubbing for about 1/2 hour) but am very happy that it worked on the 2nd item. Thank you!
This solution worked for me on a pair of dye transferred/ color bled amiri bandana paisley shorts in blue. Wash tag called for hand wash however I let them sit in the water they bled in to long and re-washed with this method. Had to really put my all into it but it worked I would say almost 100%. Very very well and better than other methods I tried. An exception I made however, was to not let it sit for 10 minutes. I would let it sit for a couple minutes then move it around to “agitate” the affected spots until I saw the water change to the color of dye[blue] then rinse and repeat several times until the water ran clear. In total took me about 35-45 minutes for my desired result. I highly recommend this method! Thank you! If anyone has any questions, please ask away.
