We spent many weekends/vacations there wilderness camping in the 80-90s with my boys, Colby and Damon. Then later my husband and I spent our Valentine's Wedding Anniversary in the log cabins. Great memories!
I visited this place many times as a kid... 8,9,10, years old. That was 30 plus years ago. From watching this video alot has changed. We camped there in tents and a pop up.
I pulled my 26 foot camper there with my wife and 3 young children in the late 1980s. We stayed about 3-4 days, it was very peaceful. I remember the food and polite people. And a tea they served called Tranquilitea. Its time to go back with my now grown children and I might even bring the wife.
Brings back fond memories, used to stay there quite a few times, for days at a time with family, it was so much fun. I think they have sold the place now, and it's not the same as it used to be
Went there around 92ish. Had fun until I fell down a hillside and dislocated my shoulder. People at the front office felt it was more helpful to chastise me for riding a bike on the foot trail instead of helping me with my dangling arm.

I went there in 1984 the old cabins were so 50s looking and scary. Changed a lot from the looks of the video.

Reminds me a bit of the old Koon Kreek Klub near Athens I went to when I was younger. More modest, but still...

Almost looks and sounds like cottage country in Ontario - except for the alligators...
This place is a dump. Been there on a company event.
joe watson good to know. I was planning on visiting this summer. Maybe I should change my plans. Thanks for the heads up.
It might not the prettiest thing in the world but it sure better than wherever you are from
