Great video. Would love to know some more about the trajectory. How does JG get that looping throw up and then down. When I try to loop I always over throw

JG mentions the cover drive. There’s almost an element of pace bowling with the hand release. Very interesting. I love rugby and played 7s on the wing in the Army. But my understanding of forwards skills is very poor even though I’ve been watching since the amateur days.
