I had a party for my wife’s birthday with 60 people yesterday and cooked your lamb, chickpeas and spinach curry along with a few others. I am a food hero now. Thanks for that recipe. I know buy a leg of lamb and butcher it and make a curry and few Greek lamb dishes over the week. Saves the pennies and makes everyone happy. The dog gets the bone, so he is happy as well.
Both dishes look fabulous, the sicilian pork chop you done a while back was stunning had that a few times. Looking forward to trying these two. Happy fathers day. Thankyou Huw.
This looks perfect! I'm gonna try this tonight. Maybe try over some butternut squash and add sage to compliment this season. Thanks for the inspiration Huw!
I'm a dad. That's exactly the type of cooking I absolutely love to make for my family. Great job & thanks for posting. Un abrazo desde Valencia, España.
Help! I showed this video to my wife. Neither of us can discern what vegetable you put under the pork loin. Do you have the recipe written anywhere? I’ve checked your website and Facebook page. No luck!
I had to look it up, but it’s celeriac, aka celery root. Not sure if I’ve seen it in American grocery stores where I live, but if you can’t find it in your local area I’m betting you can swap in another root vegetable👍
Funniest comment of the year, lol. Come on mate, do you reckon a guy with a cooking channel, buys apple slices for his kids 🧐. Have a good one fella, cheers Huw

Is pear a good substitute for apples? Apples don't agree with me. Hope you have a Happy Father's Day Huw.
Peel on for the apples? That surprised me but I’m going to give it a try.

Happy Daddy's Day!!
Great idea to score the pork tenderloin. You never fail... thanks Huw. Happy fathers day!
Has anyone made the stuffed roast? Is the bacon soggy?
Anyone got an arm net? ;)
You buy your kids supermarket sliced apple? Sorry, but that’s what it looked like mate. Apologies if I’m wrong.
