From Assam, we were required to provide all the documentation for NRC and the process was a nightmare. Had to spent hours in NRC centres just to show them are these documents valid or not, some people sold their land to get money to make new documents and still their names were omitted from the NRC main list and the errors in names was on a different level. Be scared of NRC. Say no To CAA.
