- New exhaust day! I got a custom exhaust installed on my 2014 VW CC R-Line!!! Take a listen to what a VW 2.0T TSI engine sounds like with a straight pipe from the cat-back.

I love my 14 CC , growing up with 1.8t Jettas, turbo S new beetle and an A4, it's the ultimate contemporary daily following in line with those cars, such a great/underrated car reserved for those who are in the know. Definitely been considering doing the same thing, but don't think the labor is worth 2500$ at your average muffler shop

I had no clue when i got my 2011 Jetta Trendline plus. it's a Debadged 2.0t tsi sport package custom ordered by the original owner, found that out when i got the registration slip at the dmv.

What spoiler do you have on the back of that CC? I have a 2015 R Line and I like that look of that one
Nice, love that engine sound at change up or change down, looked at an R last year, went for the older but amazing sounding R36 instead, much prefer the tail lights on the late CCs too :(

I test drove a 2013 CC today and HOLY FUCK DOES THAT THING SHIFT FAST. The brake pedal and accelarator are just so smooth and responsive, defenitly getting one.

Me and my wife jessica bought a 2010 VW CC 2.0 turbo sport today. Its white and the interior is cream and black. We love it its fast n looks good and its turbo charged lol n yes we got the 6 speed manual. Its 175 every two weeks and will cost us 10 grand when its paid off.. And i love the interior lights at night it all glows red lol

I tig welded a stainless straight pipe catback on my A3. Has at least 50 piecuts. Y pipes make this engine sound better. I've sound tested every bend. Should hear my dsg farts, literally scares ppl hah

I recently got a VW CC this time it came straight-piped but doesn’t sound as good as yours, and has drone. I went to Brandon and he couldn’t remember exactly how yours was set up. In the video you said “cat back” do you still have the original resonator on the car? This past weekend, I was on the 73 roll road coming home from San Diego and the drone was killing me, especially on the uphill portions. If there are any other details you can remember, It would be greatly appreciated.

I have my 2018 Passat R-line planning to do this to give it more power and unleash that turbo it has..
The rear fascia with dual exhaust cut-outs set it apart. I like the beefy wheel and the combo and handling also. A few pointers: consider integrating those angled tips like the new Toureg in the fascia and paint them gloss black. (big sound stealth look). Muffler shop has yours sticking out too far and could get scrapped, bent on steep incline/decline approach.. A spoiler on the trunk to top it off.. Enjoy. Sad VW never made a CC VR^ turbo w/manual 6 speed. I'm sure you'd rock it.

to modify the exhaust, on both sides the trunk recess "bathtub" was changed or was it standard and was somehow bypassed due to lack of space

How is i5 your tires don't rub, both front and back? The car is obviously lowered...what springs...how much lower, and does it bottom out in corners or over curbs and speed bumps? Tell me about the tire size and rim selection too, NICE!

Hey man, I love the sound, but explain me if you would, I am european and we usually see "Tuned mufflers" .. Why would you delete you muffler, so you get noise even at lower RPM, isn't it better to get noise only above 3500 or so? Also .. What kinda wheels this car came with? .. I had 17" fourteen spoke on my 06 passat, an I honestly think it would look so much better on your car. No hate .. Hail VW!

+weldingdrummer I'm a drummer too!! High school marching band and some drum set. Your correct, I removed a muffler and a resonator. With factory or carted down pipe I don't think it would be too loud.

What mufflers did you use? And did have to install a heat shield? I was going buy two borla mufflers and try this. It is hard finding parts for this passat b7. Any help would be appreciate it
