Even the lowest level pro MMA fighter is someone you don't want to mess with. They're still training more than the average person. Their cardio is probably better too. People look at fighters with poor records and talk a lot of shit but they'd get destroyed by them too.

the turning of his planting foot is his first tell of the kick. instead of twisting, he falls backward, allowing his kicking foot to leave the ground in the same motion. it's a very quick release, but while his back foot is twisted he has no balance. he is floating on a rotation, anchored by his foot, making him easy to push over (if you can catch him in time).

He said he wouldn't eat clean most times and he would duck training and play games he only did it because he loved fighting and the money.
